I decided to buy the guitar they had they added a case for me . And sent it to New Zealand . Great service . I'm.waiting for it to arrive ..

Feb 21,2025Great team of guys to work with. Helped me find my new guitar with no fuss. Went above and beyond to order in from Fender Australia, chasing them up several time for delivery timeframes. Bought a new case too and they shipped to me taking just a couple of days. Extremely helpful and great communications the whole way. Will shop with these guys again.

Feb 07,2025Great guys, great prices and great customer service. I have been a happy customer of Found Sound for over a decade. I have received great customer service when I have sold my goods on consignment, and when I have purchased used equipment and guitars. I have always been treated with kindness and consideration. I have been given gig bags for the guitars I bought to make it easier for me to get them home by public transport. I have been supplied Allen keys so that I can carry out my own adjustments and set up the guitars to my liking. Lewis and his staff at Found Sound are very knowledgeable and helpful and go that bit extra in providing good customer service. Most recently I have been impressed with the excellent after sales customer support I have been given. I bought a used electric guitar and took it home without trying it through an amplifier at the store, unfortunately I found that there was a fault with the switching. I mentioned this in an email to Found Sound. I immediately received a reply from Gab advising me to bring in the guitar to have it repaired by John the in-house luthier. I also received after hours emails from Thommy and Lewis. It was very kind of them. I left my guitar with Found Sound at 2 pm on January 30 and received an email from Lewis at 6.19 pm advising me that my guitar had been repaired and was ready for collection. I picked it up the next day and was delighted that it had been so promptly and expertly repaired. Many thanks to Lewis and his staff at Found Sound. Vlad Szkolar

Have been shopping here for almost 10 years, and have never had any issues with items I've purchased or getting assistance when required. I love being able to support a small business like Found Sound. There aren't many places left that offer the kind of experience they do. Congrats on 10 years!

Dec 07,2024Foundsound imported a new Eastwood OM-150 for me. They handled the ordering, import, customs, etc and finally shipping to me. The whole process took a long time due to stock shortages and other issues at Eastwood but Lewis and the team stuck with it and here I am with my excellent new guitar! I highly recommend FoundSound to look after you!

Never thought I'd be taking the Eurorack Modular plunge, but the Morphagene finally won me over. So glad I had a very pleasant experience at Found Sound in purchasing my first module......and I will no doubt be purchasing more. Aside from the customer service, I have to also say the website is one of the main reasons I had such a positive experience. It is technically informative, succinct & very easy to navigate, which is a huge relief.
