Jan 11,2024I received 47 updates on the progress of the parcel as it was moved from Morocco to Leipzig to Singapore to Sydney. A quarter of those would have been more than adequate. It was very difficult to assemble. It took 3 people to hold the legs apart and steady while the table could be lowered onto them. Then they spring apart when weight is released. It is higher than an ordinary table. The children bump their chins on it. It looks good but I dare not move it lest it fall apart and we have to go again through those awful asembly procedures.

Opened to discover item was damaged in transit so sent an email with photos of broken ornament to Fountain Store. Got an immediate response from Danny at "Fountain Store" who said a replacement would be sent following week when back at work. Replacement arrived today as promised. Great "no fuss" service from this company. Highly recommend.

Dec 31,2023The Fountain store made it easy to order online and when I rang they confirmed that the fountain we wanted was in stock. Delivery to us in regional Western Australia was prompt and on time. The pump hose kept slipping off but after using a cable tie I have had no further problems. Keith
