Nov 27,2023Product arrived fast and is as pictured but I am pretty sure that it has been a display model as the pump had moisture in it in the bag upon arrival, and there were NO instructions, warranty paperwork… nothing in the box and the foam inside had marker all over it. This was NOT stated in the listing that it was used- and now I have no idea on the lifespan of the pump!!!

Nov 20,2023The Santander water feature fulfilled all our expectations! Perfect finish, warm-white lighting and controllable water sound. Ordered on Monday, it arrived on Friday. Although instructions were missing, it was so easy to set up that we worked it out ourselves. One phone call to Fountain Store's friendly staff and we received the instructions by e-mail. Nov 19,2023After received our fountain it had a part missing which made it inoperational.They sent the missing part. Later I found out that the fountain was leaking, not noticed for while as pot plants surrounded the fountain. I emailed requesting their warranty terms and all I got in response was a condescending message to fix it myself with silicone. No warranty was mentioned. Worst customer service and product warranty. They didn't listen to me and spoke over me when I was raising my concerns.They will probably reply saying it was wear and tear. How can that be if it's not moved since installed, more probably poor quality materials. Don't buy from them!

The order was handled with utmost respect and the deliver was incredibly efficient. The fountain turned up without a scratch on it. I highly recommend this company.

Dec 01,2023I placed an online order and had no advice that the item was out of stock as this was a xmas present. After conversing through the message port provided, I selected another item which was slightly more expensive though it was provided at the same cost and shipped immediately and did receive two days later so that worked out well.
