Dec 23,2023Me encantan las extensiones esta es la quinta vez que pido, espero que la calidad sea igual que las anteriores aunque las vi diferentes 🙂🙂🙂🙂 pero la paquetería te cobra mucho por los servicios de introducirlo al país. La aduana me costó 2000 mil pesos y los servicios de la paquetería 3000 que en total es el precio de las extensiones, esto no es culpa de la empresa 🙃

Dec 22,2023Even tho I put the correct address my delivery somehow went to an address I used to live more than a year ago. When no one opened the door they returned the order back to the warehouse. I’ve ordered another one, being advised that I will have my refund for the first one. Since then I have been calling almost every day and this is day 10 they keep saying that my order is still in transit and they cannot return my money back. It is not my fault that they have issue with the delivery company, however I am the one suffering and they just keep telling me to wait. Not ordering from foxy locks anymore.

I ordered the extensions in the Christmas deal and after paying I realised it hadn’t gone through, emailed about this and they’ve amended the price and given me a refund immediately!
