Nov 30,2023my last review was taken down because of ” foxylocks.com recently flagged your review because they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience.”. my experience was very real, i had your extensions for over a year and they were bad quality. i had very good hair extension shampoos and products for them and still the hair was very dry, it get tangled very very easily. for this price of hair extensions, they are not worth it at all. i contacted few days ago foxylocks to not take down my experience (review), they tried to accusiate me of fake review even if i have order number and order confirmation email and they just told me to look on their new hair collection. the email says ”we have made amazing new changes to our hair quality”. i didn’t want any refund, i just want to warn everybody of bad quality of the extensions and customer service. this time foxylocks if you try to take down my review and tell me this is fake review, check your email, my order number is right and VERY real. my earlier review: first the extensions were super soft and silky, i used them like one time a month and out of nowhere they dried. also the hair gets tangled very very easily when you put them in your head, then have fluffy tangled and ugly hair. i have used good shampoo/oil/hair mask/conditioner products and they doesn’t help. i don’t recommend to buy any products from foxy locks. 400$ for the longest black seamless clip multi-way extensions and they didn’t last even a year.

Nov 30,2023Sadly having to give a bad review. Order arrived with no hair in the box. I contacted customer services who advised they sent it so nothing they can do. They are querying with royal mail but no guarantee anything can be sorted. Don’t waste your money girls.

Nov 28,2023Ordered hair from uk to Ireland extensions in sale cost 116 pounds, paid uk tax , paid 11 pound for express dhl, then got notification to pay 52 e import fees before I could collect them!! On top of that the box seal was opened after I collected. Told by customer service to check link re fees and after I sent photos immediately ...they :assured" me by email that the hair I received wasn't damaged/used..?? How do they know that???? I'm furious, these charges should be outlined more clearly to potential customers. When you think you are getting a bargain and you end up getting caught. I've bought 4 lots of extensions over last few years soo disappointing, basically your told to suck it up. Buyer beware,

Nov 28,2023Ich habe das zweite Mal bei Foxylocks bestellt, da ich mit der Haarqualität zufrieden bin. Nach meiner aktuellen Bestellung wurde ich jedoch von Foxylocks kontaktiert und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass ich aufgrund des hohen Warenwertes knapp dreimal so viel Versandkosten nachzahlen muss, bevor meine Bestellung versendet wird. Durch die zweite Überweisung musste ich auch die Währungsumrechnungsgebühren doppelt zahlen. Es gab hier leider kein Entgegenkommen, nachdem ich angemerkt habe, dass ich so etwas gerne vor meiner Bestellung wüsste und unzufrieden mit der Vorgehensweise bin. Ich habe nun knapp 30,- € Versandkosten für die Lieferung gezahlt, die sich inzwischen verspätet. Für mich leider eine eher enttäuschende Erfahrung, auch bei dem Warenwert hätte ich mir etwas mehr Entgegenkommen gewünscht.

Nov 28,2023I am absolutely made up with my new silver clip in foxy locks, they are fantastic and I love the fact they are very unnoticeable in the hair, they are the best extensions I have bought so far. I chose Foxy locks for the perfect colour that matched the same colour of my hair that I was unable to find else where but I will most certainly be returning for more in the future 😊 1 very happy customer 💯❤️

Nov 27,2023Service was excellent from Foxy Locks, my clip ins arrived in a lovely box with a test piece to match against my hair. The quality of the extensions was lovely. Unfortunately the colour wasn't suitable so I had to return them which was a shame (I ordered mahogany however the shade was more of a light brown colour with a hint of red, not the deep 99J colour I've ordered from elsewhere before). I received my refund really quickly. I've only knocked a star off because of the lack of red shades available...also I paid for next day before 1pm delivery however it took 2 days to reach me (Royal Mail's fault!)

Nov 26,2023Didnt recieve my items, contacted foxy locks and I can not fault the lady who messaged be back and so quickly and helpful. But I ordered next day delivery , dont have my order still and out of pocket over two weeks later , absolutely gutted as had to go and spend more money to get some delivered. My item was delivered by royal mail and left some where , either stolen or in the wrong address and I'm just frustrated that I am out of pocket this much before Christmas

Nov 26,2023The holy grail for hair! I’ve purchased three different lengths/colors in extensions and I love them all. I have the comb, and the brush and love them too! Finally purchased the shampoo/conditioner & shine spray and it’s flawless. My hair is silky smooth and it smells AMAZING! I received a sample of the hair oil and 100% will be purchasing that too! In foxy Locks we trust <3
