Aug 04,2023I bought some blonde extensions after checking with customer services they would be ok to be dyed copper. They insisted they were. When they arrived, one of the clips was dangling off, and some others were loose. I dyed the extensions twice, applying salon-use dye (Wella) with the same method I did to my own hair. My own hair came out looking beautiful. After two attempts and £50 dye the drain on hair dye, the dye wouldn’t take to the extensions. They went from bright copper in places to a muddy brown in others and looked ridiculous. I have been dying my hair and extensions for over 10 years and have never seen any come out this badly. I believe this is down to how the extensions were treated and their synthetic materials. They feel very plasticky and bad quality. The dye was applied evenly and I could see the colour in real-time take in some places and the hair reject it in others. Do not buy this brand if you want to dye them, despite what the company says.. A waste of £200. Ps. I did a strand test.

Aug 02,2023Horrible experience, ordered it for the wedding but the hair wasn’t properly glued and was falling. Raised it with the support team but they have refused to replace it and fix the issue on time. Horrible horrible, please save yourself money and time and AVOID this

I have ordered a few sets over the years and I’ve definitively seen the difference and good quality of the hair from when I first bought a set to the last set I bought. The last pair I bought didn’t match my hair colour and I have dyed the extensions a couple of times since I’ve bought my last set and they have managed to stay in tact. Now it’s time to put an order in for a new set but was really disappointed with the big jump in price. I paid around £150 for my last set and yes granted it was probably over a year ago however, did not expect to be over a £100 price increase for the same set. I can’t justify spending that much on extensions that I no longer wear regularly due to working from home. So I may just have to look for another hair extension company to buy from :(

Jul 27,2023Honestly, I have only ever ordered extensions from Foxy Locks and after not having extensions for the last 10 years I reordered them and this was the first/only place I thought to get them from. I do not regret it and you won’t either. From the quality to the colour match, everything about Foxy Locks extensions are absolute perfection. The price is great for what you get and you surely won’t be disappointed. I got the colour Cocoa 20” Elegant Seamless Clip In 160g. I have long hair already so just wanted to add fullness for my wedding day. BUY THEM! Stop hesitating.

Aug 07,2023MOLTO DELUSA DAL LORO SERVIZIO. Ho ordinato le extension il 17 luglio e ad oggi 7 agosto ancora non è arrivato nulla. Siccome so che il pacco può essere fermato dalla dogana non mi sono posta tanti problemi. Fino a quando, contattando Poste Italiane scopro che il pacco è fermo da una settimana in attesa di documentazione da parte del mittente, mancava il documento CN22, cosa che ovviamente non posso fornire io non sapendo cosa sia. Davvero poco professionale il fatto che se non mi fossi informata io Foxy Locks non si sarebbe degnato minimamente di muoversi per inviare la documentazione richiesta. Mi dispiace ma in azienda seria là si riconosce non solo dalla qualità dei prodotti che vende ma soprattutto dal servizio che offre ai propri clienti e la tempestività nel risolvere la problematica. Non comprerò mai più da loro.
