Jul 13,2023The only extension company I will ever use is Foxy Locks. The quality of the hair is phenomenal and every shade I’ve ever bought has been perfect! The extensions stay in great condition for a very long time. You also get a lot of hair so it looks natural and no one can tell you’re wearing extensions. Not to mention their customer service is the best!

Jul 13,2023real crooks. I paid £350 sterling for clip-on hair and the item got lost in transit. In the end no money and no product. They refuse to deal with the problem. They say in a letter that it is not their problem and they will not refund the money, if you want to write and call the delivery service yourself

Jul 10,2023Reçu y a 2 jours qualités horrible, 225 euros pour du 18 pouces soit disant cheveux naturel, j'ai reçu les extensions de cheveux cassés, effilés dans toutes les longueurs, la qualité est médiocre on dirait que c'est mélangé avec du synthétique, 174 gr au lieu de 180 gr, rien à voir entre la photo et le réel, et pour finir 90 euros frais de douanes, jsuis dégoûtée d'avoir acheté. Je leur ai informé le lendemain de la réception des cheveux, on me dit que le poids c'est normal c'est du approximatif, concernant les longueurs cassés et effilés on me dit c'est normal c'est pour paraitre plus vrai alors que quand on regarde on dirait plus des cheveux abîmés mal entretenus. Tous ça pour se décharger. Honnêtement si je pouvais mettre 0 je l'aurais fait A fuir

Jul 05,2023Commande passé le 28/06/23 sur le site de foxylock. Suivi de commande impossible a faire, le lien dans le mail ne marche pas. Après quelque recherche sur le service d'expédition, j'arrive enfin a faire le suivi de colis, et la, je me retrouve sur le site de laposte.fr à devoir payer des frais de douane de 18€ sur un colis de 82€ à la base. Aucune annonce de faite sur le site pour prévenir les acheteurs. Franchement, j'avais déjà commandé sur foxylock, pas eu de soucis mais aujourd'hui, c'est la dernière fois que je commande. Les frai de douane sont trop important, le suivis laisse a désirer si on ne s'y connait pas un peu, on peut attendre la livraison pendant longtemps. passez votre chemin si vous n'étes pas de G.B

Jul 03,2023I was thinking long time about leaving this review. As a loyal customer of Foxy Locks for many years, it deeply saddens me to write this negative review. Once known for their top-quality hair extensions, Foxy Locks has DISAPPOINTED me with their recent decline in product quality. Previously, their hair extensions were flawless and matched my hair perfectly. However, the current state of their products is far far from satisfactory. The clips used in their extensions are of poor quality, causing them to slip and shift. Additionally, the colors of the extensions no longer match seamlessly and is so different comparing to my last purchased hair extensions and ponytails from Foxy Locks, leading to an unnatural appearance. What truly disappoints me the most is the abysmal overall quality of the hair itself. After only a month of wear, the extensions had become embarrassingly lackluster. The hair tangled easily, losed its shine, and become visibly worn out, making it uncomfortable and embarrassing to wear them in public. As a result of this decline in quality, I am left with no choice but to seek out another brand that can fulfill my hair extension needs. Foxy Locks, a brand I once trusted and recommended to others, has let me down. It is truly a shame to witness such a decline in a brand that I once held in high regard. I hope that Foxy Locks takes this feedback constructively and makes the necessary improvements to regain their once-excellent reputation. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend Foxy Locks to anyone seeking high-quality hair extensions.

They are prompt with their responses and unbelievably nice and helpful. I had few issues with customs (completely my fault) and this could've turned to be the worst buying experience I've ever had, but Brigit from customer service has managed to make it the best experience ever. Jun 29,2023I bought clip in hair extensions in santorini blonde 14” Elegant and they are amazing! I have never seen such a quality hair extensions. So natural, silky soft, blends amazingly with my hair. Definitely a great purchase! I can’t reccommend enough! 🤩😍

Jul 14,2023The quality of the extensions is unlike anything I’ve tried before. The clip in is very thin (almost like a tape) and is so seamless in the hair. Cannot tell you have extensions in. To add to it, the customer service team are FANTASTIC!!!!
