Dec 30,2024I was gifted Neo Foyr as a Christmas present by my husband. I work with a lot of interior design programs and didn’t want to add another one even if it looks amazing. So I contacted the team almost immediately after the purchase and asked for the cancellation of my subscription and a refund of the payment. Mahesh has been very helpful, my subscription was canceled the day after and my refund issued two days later. Thank you to the Foyr team, I really appreciate it.

Foyr allows me to design beautiful, scaled rooms, homes, and renders without a steep learning curve, and at a much more affordable price compared to other systems on the market. Instead of investing in complicated CAD programs, Foyr gives me the opportunity to make money through my designs. The support from Foyr is exceptional - they are always responsive, provide video examples, and offer training whenever needed. There is a wide range of pre-made objects available, or you can create your own. Foyr even offers to create custom objects if necessary. In addition, they have a "design for you" option for when time is limited or an extra hand is needed in the design process. Despite my initial hesitation to try another rendering program, Foyr has become my favorite and the only one I use now. I appreciate that Foyr is constantly updating their program to provide better options, showing their commitment to continual improvement.

Nov 01,2024The software is just OK. It's limited in what it can do. The bigger issue is that it is tough to cancel your membership. The account page has a Cancel button that doesn't let you cancel. Instead, it just offers you a cheaper plan option and asks you to fill out a form explaining why you want to cancel. All that just to then tell you that you have to contact your account rep to cancel. Don't bother using the chat support feature to try to cancel. They will tell you that you can use the cancel button from the account page, but you cannot. Last year, I didn't cancel in time, and when I called about the charges and said I wanted to cancel, they said it was too bad. This year, I'm having to jump through hoops to cancel.

Always get a timely response from people who know what they are talking about. I always recommend this product to fellow designers.

Sep 30,2024I've been using Foyr for two years to design my apartment and dorm room. The actual database of models is exceptional, and you can upload anything they don't already have. The interface is well-designed and easy to use. The renders are high quality and look natural. But, most importantly, the staff and the support team are incredible. I had an issue with one of the objects I uploaded, and their team took the file and fixed it, even though the problem was on my end. It seems they're always available, they are super helpful, and they get results. Highly recommend.

Sep 16,2024This is my third year with Foyr Neo as an interior decorator, after having used basic free software like HomeStyler and the like, and it is a total game changer ! I used to Photoshop over my renderings because they were too basic but now I get fabulous 4K renders just as a baseline, and 12K if I want to blow them out of the water. And they're so fast. The most amazing feature though is the walk-through, and it was what drew me to this particular company. Client needs are evolving and having them go from angle to angle in their new space really sells the designs in a new way, even for me it's so fun to use. Bigger interior design firms might not be the target but if you're an independent decorator or designer and you want to up your rendering game, this is the software for you. Very intuitive, very helpful customer service, I've never had any glitches in 3 years, and it's just a fantastic time saver overall. Can't recommend it enough !

May 03,2024Cannot handle large projects with multiple floors. Does strange things when creating new projects, creates weird geometry, moves and rotates products for absolutely no reason and then crashes losing hours of work. Easy to use with OK renders but doesn't integrate with other CAD packages. Would not use for technical drawings as not accurate enough for experienced interior designers I would recommend Sketchup, Lumion or Twinmotion. Can only handle simple room designs even on a powerful machine

Feb 15,2024I was trying to upload a 3D design, and was having problems, the support staff took the file, fixed the issue, and then sent it back to me within an hour. The Support staff go above and beyond. They also gave me a student discount because I'm in college. Love this.

Jan 09,2024Horrible cancellation policy, they will charge you prior to end of contract and do not give a refund when you cancel two weeks before end of contract. The software was not worth it, for example it’s not disability friendly, had limited selection of furniture, and limitations to vaulting designs. It’s a scam.

Jan 03,2024Truly love this software as it's helped me make beautiful views for my clients... and the assistance that I get via chat is top notch! Although I do think that there are couple of things that could be better, i.e., making it easier to manipulate the models, make models and more variation in lighting views, it's the best/easiest software I've come across that isn't over the top expensive.
