Aug 17,2021This entire company, and their software, is a scam. They make it nearly impossible to cancel. The software is NOT intuitive and is completely useless. It has all the utility of playing dollhouse or Sims- it's a complete joke.. NO ONE in the real industry uses this. Learning to use their software is not a transferable skill and is a total joke. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. Learn a free program like SketchUp that designers in the industry actually use

It saved me immersive amount of time on renders, I used to outsource and the cost was far more higher with the need of endless back and forth follow ups for iterations. Neo definitely saved my time and energy. Keep up the great work Foyr Team!

Aug 07,2021The program is great and I love the 24 hour support. My only complaints are the constant back to back calls, text messages, the pushiness to leave a review, they kept trying to get me to subscribe to a package, and apparently the support team are not good at communication because I’ve been offered the masterclass training about 6 times when I’ve already taken it. The constant calls have become so much that I have put them on block, but then they called from another number (usually a NY number)…I had to block that one too. My review is based on my experience, and I see other users have experienced the same thing with the calls. The software is great, but they can be very irritating and pushy with forcing people to write a nice review, I know this because a few of my colleagues who have used the software have told me that they were approached too. I do recommend Foyr for the software and the customer support and the amount of help you do get upon joining, but just know that you will be contacted several times till no end and they will leave voicemails, send texts, emails, and then hang up and call you right back. These calls are sometimes early in the morning like before sunrise and throughout the day. Once you download the demo, it’s game time for them. Once you you’ve been on the platform for about 2 months, you will be asked to give a nice review not a true review, but a positive review for points/credits. I’m no longer subscribed because I’m looking at other options. Again, I do recommend Foyr, but set your boundaries early. -Jasmine

Many think it's an actual photo of the space. One amazing feature is the ONLINE help! They are very professional and respond quickly. I rate it 10/10 !!!

Jul 15,2021Love It!!!! This was a one time home design project ( as I do commercial spaces) - I used Neo for a first design pass and it was perfect. I have recommended Neo to many other friends. I like the product a lot for quick and easy visualizations and planning - keep up the good work!

Jul 01,2021Foyr has allowed me to take my Edesign business to the next level. My clients appreciate the highly realistic renderings that I create from this software, and I love how easy it was to learn and get started. I especially love the 360° walkthrough feature, which allows me to show my clients their new space as if they are standing in the room, as well as the custom modeling feature, which allows me to show them exact models of their furniture items.

May 25,2021I have been charged $79 for a subscription that I wasn't even aware of, I have contact them by email in the 1st day after being charged and they refuse to refund me. UPDATE: After few e-mails , I had to message the co-founder to help with my simple request and he managed to initiate my refund. Foyr Neo wrote: "Since it's a company policy ..., we don't generally issue refunds" So please be aware!

May 24,2021Time Saver! Neo has saved a lot of time by helping me create beautiful 3D renders for my clients in half the time. Love how they have a huge product library from where I can simply drag and drop the objects to my projects ! I don't think I am ever going back to my old software.

Got a student discount as well :) Their Customer service team is really helpful and patient. Took a free masterclass with their product expert which helped me a great deal in learning the software. Apr 16,2021Total scam. I accidentally signed up for a yearly plan and when I tried to change to a monthly plan, it would not allow me to change it. When I reached out to the company to change the plan to monthly so I could pay for the first month. They said it was overdue (by 2 days) and I was obligated to pay for the full year! It was overdue because the software would not allow me to change to monthly! I have never, ever had an online company strong arm me into paying for a year after free trial!

The photo-realistic renders have driven my business to new clients. Foyr is constantly updating and making the experience easier to their users. It's truly a fun program to use and I always look forward to using it! It has made my life so much easier!

Jan 13,2021I've tried other 3D rendering software, and Foyr Neo is by far the easiest and fastest to learn. I've gotten responses from their team whenever I've submitted a question, and they've taken my feedback and suggestions under consideration to improve the accuracy of the software. The renderings are a great tool for presenting my ideas to design clients.

Aug 27,2021THIS PROGRAM/COMPANY IS A SCAM. Don't bother trying to even subscribe to this company or using their software in the first place. They make it so difficult to unsubscribe they bring you to several pages of "Why are you unsubscribing and offer weird deals and pages" so freaking stupid, then after that when you do unsubscribe on their page, they still charge your card and then refuse refunds. I swear you can find better companies that function the same and/or just learn using adobe etc, I rather spend more time pulling my hair out trying to learn how to render on my own, then ever initiate service from a company that's an actual freaking scam. They also don't send you payment reminders which is standard good business practice but clearly the founders etc of this company are trying to rip off as many people as possible. Please hand over your company to someone else who knows how to run it. You're just crashing your own company to the ground.
