I am building my own residence with a builder and I am not a design professional. Still, Neo Foyr has been really useful to help me visualise my project, experiment with various textures and colours. There's a small learning curve but it is definitely worth it if you are builduing your forever home. For a non-professional, I find the subscription fee rather expensive to maintain and I had to cease my subscription when my build is almost complete. Perhaps, there is a way for the company to cater for people like us.
I really love the Foyr Neo product, the renders are great. I have found the cstomer service team very helpful and always try to help wherever possible. Overall a great experience, thank you.

Foyr is an amazing software and so easy to use. The render actually shows the pics as vivid as a real picture. Easy enough to provide you with a visual of the render, being able to create shelves, counters and much more. Thank you Foyr for such an amazing product...
Shahada is the worst. Her response time in between messages is around 15 minutes, then she randomly comes back and apologizes, then does the exact same thing again. It's been several days and I'm still waiting on my question to be answered. She only answered one part of my question, then closed out the conversation where I'm unable to leave a review on her poor service. Shahada was no help at all, and I made sure to tell her that during our chat messages. I'm disappointed in the level of service. She's very nonchalant, not helpful, doesn't know anything about Foyr, doesn't follow up, and just downright doesn't offer a great customer service experience. Since I couldn't leave a review on her in the chat, I'm forced to leave it here on Trust Pilot. I also noticed that ALL of my render credits are gone. When I reached renewal, it renewed ONLY with the credits for the new month, but not my previous credits. Shahada couldn't tell me why that happened, and said someone will get back in contact me to explain why -- that never happened.

Bad experience!! When cancelling the software, I had to jump through hoops and being questioned on everything. Once I had a 15min waste of time appointment with them, they still didn't put in my cancellation request. They have sent me a email saying they will be taking money in a few days, even though I have cancelled with them two months ago. they really need to sort it out.
We love designing in Foyr. The new version of the software makes things a lot easier. Its a great way to show clients the 3D design concept! The community is also great and we love asking other designers advice on any projects or issues that arise. Its nice to have others comment on your designs and ideas too.
Great support, the issue raised got resolved. Work arounds provided during the resolution helped in other projects as well
Really recommend this software, I have trialled many different softwares and always struggled to get on with them, this is so easy to pick up and the support is amazing. Good variety of product and value for money.
I love this software, and the guy and gals that create the programming as well as the guys and gals that support the programming / customer support work really hard to help and work out any kinks, they're always available to help no matter what the time is. The software is constantly evolving and getting even better. Highly recommend Foyr!!

I have designed multiple interior spaces with this software. I have no clue how I could have done it without this software. It has allowed me to be creative without having to employ someone new to create designs and take renders.
Very bad customer experience. Customer representative calls constantly to Haggle you to purchase the product. I was on a elevator and my call dropped with them and went to call back the number but saw a rude text accusing me of hanging up on them but need a answer. My answer is a big fat not interested now.

No longer do you have to bog down your computer and wait an hour for your render to process, without the ability to use other applications. Neo is a game-changer in that you don't have to have the software downloaded to your computer. It takes seconds to have your work up and running and minutes to render. It's 2022 and despite a lot of frustration from seasoned design professionals, clients want and expect to see renderings. It's not a bad thing. With Neo, the learning curve is small and very manageable. Customer service is excellent. You don't have to have a degree in architecture to manage this program. We are in a visual business and what better way to showcase the design to your client so they have a complete understanding of your incredible work? Revisions are easy, and scale is accurate, helping avoid costly mistakes. I currently have a complicated design in the rainforest cantilevered off the side of a mountain in an earthquake zone, and guess what? I don't have to draw out my weird-angled pool deck and pool. Their modeling team is doing it for me! For the things I can manage myself, Rachel's 1 on 1 meeting with me, and my constant work with Bhaskara (in customer service) has been an amazing experience and benefit to my understanding of the software. There is also a community you can ask questions and showcase your designs, and there are countless tutorials on youtube. You don't need design clients to monetize your renderings. I simply link them to my website and social media accounts and sell furniture to whoever wants it in the USA.
