Jul 11,2023I have already sent out 2 emails about my orders. One about an online order and about a return. It's been several days since I've heard back. I've called several times today to be left on hold for over 30 minutes each time. This is horrible customer service. I want answers already. I love the clothes at this store. It's a shame I must stop shopping here after this experience.

Jul 10,2023Same as other reviews. Waited 2 months whilst i sent lots of email chasers etc. Gave up, now refunded via my bank. Not a complete scam as they appear on Companies House. They do throw across the odd reply blaming everyone but themselves. Courier etc. They even, laughably offered me a discount code for my next order that would inevitably not arrive! Take note of the reviews, avoid and move on to an Organisation that deserves your custom...

Jul 03,2023This is a complete scam artist. I will take your money. I would gaslight you with emails telling you that your package is with a courier which they don’t know the name of. I’m in the process of reporting them to trading standards and I suggest that nobody do business with this establishment, unless you don’t mind losing your money.😡

Jul 01,2023I love the clothes here. however, their online store is HORRIBLE and never lets me place an online order. There's always some type of error that shows up, and this has been happening for months.

Jun 30,2023SCAMMERS!! As per all the other reviews I ordered beginning of April and no goods. You just get an email saying there sorry and will find the tracking number. I've reported them to my bank see if they can get the payment back.

Jun 27,2023Not sure when i place a orderi am sure . it was in april still not had my order .i have email them loads of times .there were to send me a tracking no but i never had it .they are shocking of a company to do this to people they take the money and dont send out orders i .i will never order again i hope no1 order from them too

Jun 26,2023I would give them zero. Dont order from them you wont your goods or your refund and if you enail Them they will say we are getting your tracking number and it will never come. Then they stop responding to your emails.

Jun 22,2023I ordered some bottoms for my trip a month ago and NEVER received them. Emailed customer service well over a week ago and never heard back. Will attempt to call when I have time, but what a scam. Absolutely disappointed.

Jun 17,2023This company is definitely a scam! Same as a lot of others are experiencing. Ordered on 25/4, have emailed 4 times with a generic response and then they emailed to say they would send courier detail but haven't. Safe to say I have lost my money. If a company has all these complaints (or fake company) why on earth are they still allow to advertise as a company, shows how poor our regulations are and slow responsiveness to complaints!! Ridiculous, please do not buy from this site!!

Jun 13,2023Do not order from this site. Its a scam. They are frauds!! They take your money but never send you the goods. I've sent numerous emails, only to be fobbed off and told that they will send you an email with tracking code. Which by the way, they never send. They should be reported and shut down!!! Absolutely fuming!!!!!! SCAMMERS!!! FRAUDS!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!! FRAUDS!!!!!

Jun 08,2023This is a scam company, once your order goes through you do not get any confirmation and when you email them, they respond with no reference number, no name who you dealing with and a claim that they have contacted courier company to send your order blah blah blah. This has gone on for two months and no order has come and no sign of money back.

Alarming to see that one lady said they asked her to provide her personal details for shipping even though they provide no shipping information whatsoever! CONTACT YOUR BANK DISPUTE YHE TRANSACTION AS YOU HAGE PAID FOR GOODS NOT RECEIVED AND NO COMMUNICATION. YOUR BANK WILL REFUND THE MONEY. GOOD LUCK!

May 31,2023Avoid online sales and remember if it seems to good to be true, then it probably is.. As every other review on here, over a month since I ordered my goods (£80) I have emailed a couple of times to see where my goods are. I fully understand that shipping abroad takes longer, but the fact they they cant or wont confirm my order has processed and shipped, they will not tell me the shipping company or supply me with a tracking number. There emails are RUDE and now they are just not responding. Its a shame that Facebook doesn't get more involved to control scammers using their site. Save your money or go into a high street shop..

Jul 11,2023Save your money. Its a scam company 200%. I ordered Emporio Armani shoes in white after seeing a website advertising these for an affordable price. Paid with my credit card on 7th May 2023 with promise of delivery in 7 days. Its 11th July 2023, 2 months down the road and no delivery neither any communication or correspondance. On clicking the link in email confirming order. Its website is not available. The company is in Prato Italy apparently from my transaction details. The ''visit our stores'' link is not available. No star from me. They donot deserve even a negative star. complete sham and scam
