I wish I could've given zero stars to these scammers. I ordered a pair of trainers from them around end of April and was told delivery will be with in 10 days. I emailed them first week of April about my deliver and their reply was it's not their responsibility anymore since shoes were sent to you. The responsibility is on the courier company. It's been over a month and still I haven't recieved my delivery and Francesca are not even bothered replying back to my emails anymore. I just wanted to let everyone else know not to buy anything from their website because it's just a scam.

This is scam! Today i got this e-mail. : We have been experiencing problems in Customs, we have had many requests to prove the provenance of the parcel, and to prove that it is an Online purchase made by one of our UK resident customers. We will need your help to clear the parcel from Customs, you will need to send proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of purchase (even a screenshot, where your name and order number should be visible) in order to clear the parcel and receive it as soon as possible. Avoid we should inform Police about this ! its hounder's ppl not get an items

This review is of Francesca Outlet. I ordered a pair of trainers for my daughter and it has been 6 weeks and still no delivery. They are blaming the courier and their emails are less and less professional. Avoid at all costs!!

Unfortunately I cannot leave zero stars!! I ordered a pair of trainers from this rip off set up early April…. I then contacted them to find out where they were three weeks after my order and they said they have been having big issues with the courier (not my problem). I emailed at least a dozen times since their reply and was eventually told after four requests of a refund that a refund would leave the following day!! Three weeks later and still no refund and now these rip off merchants are not even relying to my emails. I have requested several times an email confirmation of the refund, surprise surprise nothing…… I’ve lost £40, but if I can stop others also being ripped off it will be well worth the loss. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This is for the Francesca at Westshore Mall in Tampa. On Monday, I went to the Westshore mall Francesca’s, and had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Amari and the assistant manager, Kassandra. Both ladies were super knowledgeable in their product, they were great with assisting customers choose the right outfit for them. From material to color choice, there was nothing they couldn’t do! While I was in there, I heard multiple people ask for their advice, and what amazing advice they gave. If you want to go to a store, where you feel special, treated with respect and know that you’re going to get some good honest advice. Go to Francesca’s at Westshore. You will be so happy that you did! Francesca’s, I hope you realize what beautiful assets you have in Amari and Kassandra. Have a great weekend! Thank YOU ladies! You have raised the bar on customer service!

My girlfriend loved a Blazer but they didn't have her size so I immediately went online for her Christmas gift. The picture showed the pants and the Blazer and I assumed I was buying the Blazer. I made the purchase and it said tax was $10. I live in New Hampshire so I figured that would go away. As soon as I placed the order and I got confirmation, I saw that I ordered the pants instead of the Blazer so I immediately canceled it! They didn't get back to me for 5 days and all the while I'm getting messages saying that it has shipped and here's your tracking number etc. Finally they responded saying they do not have the option to immediately cancel an order! Fine, how do I return it I asked. They explained I would have to pay $5 shipping if I hadn'tpaid already. So I looked at my receipt and my first one said I paid $10 in tax and the other said I paid $10 in shipping and handling! I sent them my receipt that showed I was paying $10 for taxes and she said I didn't... I said I understand that but look at the receipt it shows I paid $10 in taxes! I did not agree to that. I agreed to the original receipt! They are horrible in customer service and I will never shop there again! Now I have to return the pants that I didn't want(&tried to cancel, seconds after purchasing) and only get part of my money back! Not impressed. They do not seem to care if you're unhappy which shows when you try to find reviews on their website(there aren't any!) Because they only care if you give them money! Lessons learned! *edited to add they did remove the $10 tax/shipping fee although to ship it back I'll lose 1/2 of it.

Paramus Park Mall New Jersey Cute shop, good sales. Their clothes are unique yet up to date. They have quality items including jewelry and knick-knacks. The employees are very helpful. They'll deliver to the store if you order online. I love the shoe line they carry.

My favorite clothing store in chino hills area- me and my daughters will always shop there and enjoy all the deals and styles we would go in when big sale happen and get lots bargain and leave happily!

My friend and I went to the Francesca’s in Philadelphia. My friend was helped, while I was ignored. While my friend was being brought other recommended dresses, I was trying to ask where the skirts were located. Instead of being shown, I was told to wait. I understand that she was busy, but I would have liked to be treated the same way as my friend.

They don't give access to the website. Everytime I try to enter the website, appears the notice - access denied on this server (from all the devices the same problem). I can't see what products they have.
