Jan 13,2025I ordered flower for my mother who wouldn’t even send me a photo as they were just buds when they arrived. They bloomed over the coming days, however, not all at the same time so she never got the full effect of the bouquet.

Jan 13,2025Their website is easy to use, gorgeous choice of different arrangements and plenty of delivery options. Mine was a Christmas gift for delivery on Dec 23rd. I had a thank you call on the 23rd from a delighted family member.

Jan 13,2025I love Freddie's Flowers! Been a customer since 2018 and every box delivered an absolute joy. Rarely any problem but on the two occasions I had to contact them the issue was immediately resolved.I have received flowers from friends from other companies but Freddie's Flowers is by far the best out there.

I forgot I'd ordered them for myself and wondered who the mysterious sender was for a while. 😂🤣😂 Had ordered them as amaryllis are hard to get hold of at Christmas and my Late father often bought me some, but as I say, I forgot. They lasted from 23rd to twelfth night although the amaryllis were over by then. Everything came out and looked lovely. Very happy.

Jan 13,2025These flowers are six days old and look just amazing - not like other brands, Freddies flowers have long, long stems, and huge blooms which last for up to three weeks in my experience. I ONLY use Freddies when sending flower gifts and everyone just loves them. Would not use another flower provider at all now - completely devoted and so you really must try.

Jan 13,2025Freddie’s Flowers always sends an interesting selection of blooms and foliage, that can last up to 3 weeks or more, in my experience. I love receiving my box, once a fortnight, unpacking the flowers and arranging them.

Jan 13,2025I love getting my flowers every (two) weeks! I enjoy the whole process and I recently sent some to my mother in law who was totally thrilled. One thing that bothers me is that although I work from home, the flowers are always left outside and I don't see them until I go looking for them, so they are always a little frazzled looking. However they do liven up and usually last two weeks.

Jan 13,2025Flowers arrived Monday Before Xmas and still (4 weeks later) are still fabulous. Amaryllis are still blooming. They have been kept in a room with no heating so that has helped them last so long. Each stem of the Amaryllis have either three or four flower heads on. Definitely worth the money. The quality is unquestionable. Fantastic.

Jan 13,2025This is the second time I have subscribed to Freddie's. I love the packaging and the seasonal flowers offered although this sometimes means that you get the same types of blooms and fillers for a few months at a time. I've got my subscription and I have also ordered flowers for a family member after a bereavement. They always last 2 to 3 weeks with care. Love the delivery notifications even though I am often first on the list with the courier setting off my doorbell at 6am! The subscription to flowers might seem to be a bit of an extravagance but I find that I often forget to treat myself and receiving a box of floral loveliness once a month really cheers me up. I really rate the company helpline when there's a problem, they sort it out quickly and professionally with no fuss. Brilliant customer service. Of course there will come a time when I can't afford to subscribe but for now I'd recommend Freddie's to anyone.

Jan 13,2025Flowers didn't arrive - said there was a problem with delivery on tracking, I then had to chase them via email, instagram messenger, Facebook messenger and no response - made a public comment on Facebook and suddenly got a response saying they were giving me a refund and upgrading my flowers and would have them delivered the next day - didn't turn up and I've now been chasing another 3 days. My flowers are 9 days late. No one is proactive and no one replies. So disappointed with their service and it's made me look useless to my sister who I've now told twice 'look out for your birthday flowers today'. Still waiting since 4th Jan. Will never use again.

Jan 12,2025Flowers arrived squashed and dead, contacted 7 times by email, not one reply. 2nd Christmas had this wont be using again, do they not answer customers by email? or are they not worried about us, will be keeping on emailing, and not recommending to my floral group ladies.
