Feb 21,2025**update** in the end, FF sent a replacement bunch of flowers which are beautiful and much better quality that the original bunch delivered. Customer services ultimately very helpful, but just took quite some time to resolve. *Original review* Have ordered a number of flowers before. Generally good quality but this time quite disappointed, especially at £45. Some of the stems were drooping from the outset. Really detrimental to the overall look of the flowers. Initially offered 50% off another box which I didn’t think was good enough. At £45 a box flowers should be immaculate. I understand I am now receiving a replacement bunch but yet to receive. Whilst customer services seem responsive, taking a lot of time to resolve.

Feb 21,2025Keep It Peachy! Have had plenty from Freddies but this bunch topped the lot! Sceptical of too many grasses, but this arrangement was put together perfectly. Only minor negative was the life of the roses (3 days) but this can be excused as a wow factor for Valentines upon delivery. Fantastic Flower Power!

Feb 21,2025Wow, I can't explain how much I love Freddie's Flowers. I was buying a subscription from another well-known flower subscription service (B&W), when the flower quality started to dramatically decline I wanted to change to an alternative. I had seen adds on Instagram for Freddie's Flowers, I checked Reddit and saw that tons of others had jumped from B&W to Freddie's for the exact same reason. I bought a standard bunch to try, they're STILL stunning 3 weeks later. I've changed the water every few days and given a little trim, I can't tell you how delighted I am. I thought I'd test the larger bunch out to see the difference in size. Today I received the showstopper and wow, they really are show stopping! I love everything about this brand. The video tutorial on how to arrange. The paper insert with information on what flowers you received and extra pointers on how to arrange. Flowers bring me so much joy and Freddie's Flowers really goes that extra mile.

Feb 21,2025I have been looking for a reliable fresh flower supplier for years. I've tried them all and have been disappointed even by the big names. I did the usual Tesco flower shop and whilst they had an impressive amount and different styles, they all seemed a little on the turn and not fresh. The usual. I was relating my past flower failures to my local pub landlady. She agreed, better to not buy anything than buy a bad bouquet. It was at this point she suggested trying Freddie's Flowers. So I decided to give them a go. Turned up on time, very fresh and a guide on how to arrange them which no other supplier has ever done. A really nice touch. A week on, they still look fresh!! Thank you Freddie, whoever you are and well done. Will certainly order again! 👍🇬🇧

Feb 20,2025I have been pondering over these flowers for a while and the current offer with free vase was my final trigger to try. I must say the flowers arrived on time as agreed and packed so well, plenty of room for the flowers and all arrived in great condition. The flowers with the free vase look wonderful in my hallway. I am very impressed and may become a regular to these !

Feb 19,2025My lovely mum tried to order my sister and I identical bunches of tulips. When the boxes arrived, they were both lilies. Mum complained, and the re-sent the order. They were lilies - again. She complained again - the new order also contained lilies. I've now had FOUR boxes of lilies, and no tulips. So has my sister. My mum has complained each time and they haven't been able to resolve it. The irony is that we both have cats, and lilies are toxic to them so we've had to give the flowers away. No idea what's going on, but this was a total disaster and FF has just lost three customers.

Always a stunning selection of super fresh blooms in the boxes; fun and helpful arrangement tips on the box as well as lovely little video links for more tips. There is also a great selection of vases and other high quality floristry tools to add on to your orders on the easy to navigate website. I highly recommend this great company if you are looking for fresh, thoughtfully packed and carefully delivered, BEAUTIFUL flowers; whether for yourself (yep, you ARE worth it😊) or for a loved one. Oh...and they pick up your old flower boxes on next delivery, which keeps the recycling bin from overload!!
