After taking down the Christmas decorations, my entrance hall looked very bleak and bare so when Freddy’s arrived, I was able to inject colour once more into this hallway! Jan 10,2025It is a real pleasure to receive fresh flowers every 2 weeks. They are always beautifully selected, with a variety of colour combinations and in excellent condition. There are often a few still going after 3 weeks in a vase. I enjoy the arranging guides and Freddie’s have always been really helpful on the rare occasions I have to contact them. I have had the fortnightly service for more than 2 years now and it brings me joy to see the Freddie’s box on the doorstep on delivery day.

Jan 10,2025Delivered to wrong address. By the time they got round to sending another bouquet they had stopped offering the ones I wanted. When emailed they gave me a selection of only 4 other bouquets so I chose what I thought was the best out of the selection and when I got a photo from recipient they were NOT the ones requested. Very disappointing! And cost me £55 for flowers I didn’t choose & lateness of delivery. These were for my sister as our father passed away. Didn’t have the mental energy to complain again.

Jan 09,2025The Christmassy combination of flower types and colours was elegant and festive. The flowers have lasted really well, right through Christmas until now. And the delivery person made the effort to find the house, which a lot of delivery people have given up on. And he was very polite to my aunt, the addressee!
