Oct 06,2021I have been insured with Frreeway for Hackney Carriage for a number of years. My renewal was £70 more than last year. I was quoted £40 less for a like for like plan from a rival insurance company. Freeway did not however match this even though I have been a loyal customer. Very disappointed with their underwriting team!!!!

Sep 29,2021Hello I pay each week into my brothers account for my insurance I got my quote and told him to go ahead and pay freeway They took the money Then told he has to pay it into my account And I’ve got to pay it of my card My insurance money is still in your system On my brothers card his bank app says pending I can’t pay my insurance until my brother gets my insurance money put back in his account so he can transfer my insurance money to my account and I can pay you
