Nov 23,2021My PHV insurance needed renewing and I have called Freeway. Before contacting them I have had a very good quote from Inshur. The Freeway rep was Caitlin Thomas and she took my case with a great care. She kept contacting the insurer few times with every information they requested but at the end she manage to get me very competitive price with an extra included. In this difficult times when every penny counts the only thing I could say is MANY, MANY THANKS CAITLIN. You as real professional caring for your customers made my day. You are star. THANK YOU. Nov 20,2021Just renewed my taxi insurance with Freeway. Having rung around a few other companies no one could beat their price. Even if they had I would still have stayed with them as once again the customer service was excellent. Intially I spoke to James and he told me it was his first day and I was the first call he had taken. He was so polite and easy to talk to. He was able to answer all my questions and I felt confident dealing with him. Unfortunately I couldn't complete the transaction on the day but when I phoned the following day the lady I spoke to assured me they were all part of a team and she would let James know I had renewed. Everyone you speak to at Freeway are so helpful and cheerful. You don't feel like you are talking to an insurance company that just wants to get your business but to a person who genuinely cares. Well done and I hope James enjoys his new job š
