May 20,2021Bought and paid for taxi insurance with freeway after they beat my renewel price but then ran into a problem in that i'd been given the wrong information from previous insurers and passed it on to Freeway. This created an eligibility problem which was quite time consuming and could have ended up with policy being cancelled . This was very frustrating and annoying for me and unfortunately i took this frustration out on the freeway customer service agent Rob . Rob handled it superbly and professionally and turned me from an angry and annoyed customer thinking of cancelling my policy into being happy with the situation in the end. He remained calm and professional in dealing with my frustration and is a credit to the company . Anyway he sorted everything out , i paid a small amount extra to cover the discrepency which wasnt freeways fault and they still beat my renewel quote fairly easily with better cover. So i'd thoroughly recommend Freeway both for their fantastic customer service and their great prices .

May 18,2021My current insurer wanted to increase my current policy by £100 after year of reduced work due to the pandemic, so I decided to look around & came across Freeway on a comparison site. Their staff(Megan & Rob)are extremely helpful & knowledgeable, don't keep you on hold for great lengths of time, new policy done & dusted in 15 minutes & I saved a mind-blowing £370 on my new policy. Thank you Freeway. Highly recommended
