Apr 08,2021My adviser was patient, efficient and friendly, and talked me through the details at my pace, which was appreciated. After going ahead with the renewal, I had cause to call Freeway to clarify an item on the documents. Richard was extremely helpful, friendly and engaging, and resolved the issue promptly. Freeway has a real family feel to it, and the representatives I have spoken with are responsive and caring. I feel like a valued person, as well as a customer. I appreciate their hard work during this pandemic, and hope that they will be suitably rewarded for their tireless efforts.

Apr 08,2021Freeway is the cheapest Uber taxi insurance around and their customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced. My claims handler Zoe was very supportive when there was an issue with a third party. She managed to resolve things very quickly and efficiently. Thanks again.

Apr 07,2021Freeway is Rubbish Private hire taxi insurance company. I don't recommend for any body. Stay away from them. My car is stolen from front of the house 6 weeks ago 9 march 2021. I already sent to Freeway insurance my booth key, log book, police report. But still I haven't received my money or offer. I'm not working for taxi more than one month now, I don't know how long I have to wait. Don't purchased insurance from Freeway. Buy insurance Local London based. Freeway is Irish company. They also lie with me, they are not providing to me a courtesy car, they saying when car is stolen, they don't provide courtesy car, only allowed when accident or fire. I saw online, so many drivers they did accident, Freeway not giving them courtesy car, telling them on accident courtesy car not providing. Main thing they are based on not London. They do not have courtesy car. when I told them can I rent a car. They said yes I can but I have to purchase new insurance from another company. They are delaying, saying waiting for validation team, validation team is part of Freeway. When they are spoken, it's look like they are waiting for permission from prime minister. They are Irish company. Chitter company. If you work for TFL please find some insurance who have based in London. All staff and manager lier. Finally after one month and 10 days later Freeway they give me settlement price. It is Rubbish. My car value is £15000 and they are offering me £6910. My car is Mitsubishi Outlander phev 65 reg. New shape, fully loaded. I'm doing taxi that's why my milage 166732. That's why they are offering me £6910 When I purchased insurance they didn't asked me why your car value is too high. Now they are telling me your car value is £6910 that is jokes??? They are compared the car value with autotrader website, but problem is they couldn't found exactly same my car. They are compared with different models and older version vehicle. I do not recommend Freeway insurance for any UBER partner. Bolt, free Now, Ola all private hire taxi driver. Yes they will give you good price when you purchase insurance. Problem is if you had any accident or your vehicle is stolen. Then you realise. Thanks

Mar 28,2021I had an accident last year which was my fault , freeway insurance dealt with it as quickly and efficiently as possible .was happy with the payout.Only downside was that I was nt given a courtesy car due to it being my fault I wish I was made more aware of this at the beginning of my policy that's all.
