Nov 12,2020Fresh Lens eliminated all the hassle I had to go through if I resorted to other companies and clinics. Easy online sales, speedy delivery, and email follow up for the delivery status made me feel like at last I found a dependable and efficient place to order my contact lenses. It's just amazing when I shop locally, contact lenses are never in stock, and it takes anything from a few weeks to a month for me to finally receive my purchases, whereas Fresh Lens only took a week. I would love to be a repeat. It will be a while before I use your services, but I sure will come back to Fresh Lens once my stock runs out. Thank you, Fresh Lense, for the best prices in addition to the impeccable services you offer.

Nov 06,2020Great Customer Service! I have dealt with this company for years and never had anything but an excellent experience. This time was no different. Through a computer ordering glitch the 10% offer off purchase did not go through. After speaking with Rob the whole situation was taken care of. Even with a personal followup phone call! I received my lenses in good order and on time. A pleasure to deal with! I would highly recommend this company.
