Product took 15 days to arrive. The Headgasket I received was not same material as OEM. I installed gasket anyway because customer was waiting and It had already taken too long to receive. Headgasket leaks. Will not waste my time with this company again.

I CROSSED THE FACTORY PART NUMBER TO THIS GEAR BUT THIS PART IS NOT A DIRECT CROSS, IT IS THE NEW STYLE WITH BEVEL CUT GEARS BUT THE ORIGINAL PART NUMBER IS A STREIGHT CUT GEAR

The customer service was awesome, must have called me back 3 or 4 times just to be certain I was getting the correct engine package. The price was a definite plus as well

Quick free delivery. Beat most competitors prices. They had the belt in stock, and I needed it then. So I was happy to pay a couple more dollars. But considering no shipping I would say over all. They were less expensive. Friday Parts will be my first choice when looking for parts

I ordered a TCM for a car, I was told 5-7 business days it's been 2 weeks now. The first delay was there was a quality issues. Now the second delay wasn't even a reason I was just told my order was handed over to the correct people to handle this situation and that I would be updated in 12-24 hours. I was contacted through email issue has been resolved. I received a 60.00 refund and was told my part would be tested within 24 hours and then I'd receive another email with shipping details.

Hi. I ordered lower end bearings for a Cummins engine. The order took a little longer than promised. The bearings I received were completely unusable. Now I don't know if I will get a refund for this?

Absolutely the worst place to get parts. Ordered an a/c compressor that showed to be in stock and wasn’t notified of this for a week. Then still keep getting the run around about it for the second week. The customer service people keep hanging up and wouldn’t do anything to help me about getting the part. Then wouldn’t refund my money in a timely manner so I could go somewhere else to get what I needed.

I have been in and around maintenance for over 60 years. I have never seen the gasket/packing seperate from the oil filter canister. Well It happen with the large hyd filter I purchased. After pouring in 6 qts of expensive Kubota UTD hyd fluid I notice it was all over the ground. I pulled filter and the gasket had seperated from the filter canister.

I've ordered twice from Friday Parts. The 1st was an air filter for a piece of machinery. The process went smoothly, I never had to contact Friday Parts, and it arrived within 5 days. The 2nd order for a $700 fuel injection pump has been a complete nightmare. It sat processing for 5 business days however my credit card was charged within moments of purchase. After 3 days I started contacting Friday Parts to find out when the pump would be shipped. First off, their phone is never answered. The chat option is useless as is the email. I posted a negative review on Facebook and got what read as an auto we want to make it right response. Having never been provided a date when the pump was going to be shipped, I canceled the order multiple times and ways. I get that they aren't Amazon, but jeez, a week processing, that's BS. I don't know what clowns work at this company, nor do I know how they've managed to stay in business for over a decade. Maybe it's from selling a bunch of low cost items but when the rubber meets the road for a bigger ticket item, they just can't make the doughnuts. I'm still waiting for a reply to my cancelation, but not holding my breathe. Luckily I used a very fraud aggressive credit card for the purchase. Never again, they lost a customer for good.

I purchased a speed sensor for a cat259d. The price was good and the shipping was fast. However the new sensor is bad. I confirmed this by switching it with a known good sensor and the problem followed the new sensor. Friday Parts refunded my money and apologized for the inconvenience. I plan on using them again for my parts needs.
