Apr 29,2023First time using the Thermocook Pro M 2.0, and made buttermilk scones from the inbuilt recipe today for the first time. Came out perfectly, was especially pleased with the fluffiness of the scone as I was worried that it would over mixed. Can't wait to try other recipes!

I bought the mini to take overseas with me and its surprisingly light and powerful. It will be perfect to make my daughters smoothies for a quick breakfast at our hotels and I can use it at home to make pesto and other sauces. Love that its so portable!
