Sep 18,2023Good products but when it breaks and its warranty time they don't want to send you new parts.My jug broke, and they refused to give me a new one on warranty just because it appeared that someone had used it after it was broken. They don't want to give me any discount for ordering a new one either. Horrible experience. I am so angry writing this

Aug 17,2023The first time I used the Optimum Magicook Pro, was just a couple of days ago. The User Manual was a bit vague in parts, seeing I was a first time user, but me & a friend worked it out in the end, so it wasn't a biggy. It was more noisy than I would have liked, especially since the herbs were already de stalked & chopped up...but I was impressed with the final outcome. The self cleaning button is a nice touch too. My Rosemary butter turned out beautifully & the machine did most of the hard work. No more Solar or crockpot methods for me AND I'm looking forward to making soups & other yummy edibles with this fabulous machine.

I needed to replace the blade assembly recently (first thing I've needed to replace) and it was super easy to find the part I need and it arrived very promptly and fitted perfectly. Very happy.
