Jul 07,2019Brought their 9400 blender in 2015, was tempted by their claims that it was as good as the leading brand for the better price. It broke down after reasonably frequent usage in 2017. This gave me an oppertunity to see if they would stick by their claims and product. The warranty and repair process was quick and painless. Blender is still going strong with upgraded bearings. Would purchase again.

Jul 02,2019Bought the Optimum G2.1 Platinum series blender which I used mainly for hommous and smoothies, couldn't really use it for anything else as shown on Froothie website/youtube e.g. bread dough as was difficult to clean thoroughly the blade and a food processor would have more room to enable processing for certain recipes, so wouldn't say it's a machine that covers all food preparation, as I said I used to simple things for hommous, smoothies, soups etc. Customer service was good when I ordered a new blade when it needed replacing and they sent the tool to help replace it as well.
