Apr 11,2022Our Sears/Roebuck HVAC, dating back to the 80s, finally bit the dust last year so a friend told me about mini splits. Did a lot of research and chose Mr. Cool (made in Kentucky) due to their DIY design and excellent SEER rating. There are dozens of vendors for Mr Cool, but the one that stood out to me was cool-minisplits.com! They had the overall best price due to their advantageous Delaware Incorporation, which allows for a tax-free sale. And they have easily accessible, exemplary customer service via Alex and Maria. They helped us change our order (at the advice of a Mr Cool tech rep) without a hitch and we still got our order within a week! All in all, we believe we bought from the best source. Now, if only our Mr Cool unit lasts as long as our old Sears did 🤞

Apr 08,2022When I ordered my Mr.Cool 36k DIY 3 zone kit, one 25’ line set was on a nation wide back order. I received everything else on time, well packaged and in perfect condition. Near the estimated date for the preordered line set to be back in stock, I called customer service to check status. They informed me that I should have already received it. They looked into what happened, shipped it next day and gave me a gift card for my inconvenience. I couldn’t be happier with Cool Minisplits. They really know their products and how to take care of their customers. Thanks!

Mar 30,2022Fantastic pre/during/post purchase support! Ordered a mini split system through cool-minisplits. From the get go, we received extremely helpful information and answers to all of our questions and received them promptly. This was a big purchase for us and we wanted to make sure the system was setup correctly for our house. The support we received was very comforting so we decided to make the purchase thru cool-minisplits. They have been extremely responsive and helpful even after the purchase. The warehouse accidentally forgot to include a small part in our order, but cool-minisplits corrected the issue immediately and we received the missing item within a few days. Would highly suggest them for a mini split system - in fact I've already suggested them to multiple people!

Mar 29,2022These units are amazing we just bought a 1700 sqft double wide trailer in new mexico. The prior owners completely destroyed the propane hook ups and the swamp cooler was starting to give out so we decided to go with the 3 zone mini splits instead of the headache or getting new gas hook ups and swamp cooler. Middle of winter we were easily able to keep the house warm and now that it's warming up 80+degrees outside we are able to keep the house nice and cool. I have now recommended these to my family and will definitely be adding another to a garage once I get it built.

Mar 29,2022I ordered my mini splits almost 4 months ago and installed them myself. I installed a multi head unit and had them all install up and going in 2 days with no HVAC experience. Alex is the man at cool minisplits! I had no clue what I was looking for or even needed and he popped up and Live chatted me. He walked me through everything I needed and helped me place my order. He also helped me find out how to get the tax credit! GREAT GUY! My units came on a tractor trailer and I got them unloaded and got right to work. I love the fact that each room can be set to it’s own temp since I have 3 females living in my house and they all get hot and I am freezing. Bottom line, if you are looking for a great product, excellent service and a smooth process look no further! Good luck and God bless!

Mar 28,2022It was very easy to find the mini split I was looking for and the prices were very good. Update: I received both mini split systems fairly quickly and delivery was very well done with a truck with an electric pallet jack and lift gate able to unload and park the pallets in my garage. I have installed the systems and am very pleased with my decision. The process from ordering to installation was very smooth and the price extremely good! Had I bought from a local store I would have no delivery and needed to get two pallets worth of heavy boxes home myself.

Mar 28,2022I wanted AC for my garage and shop. I looked at many mini splits then found this one by Mr Cool. It’s the only one that doesn’t require someone else to come out and charge it after it’s installed. The two units I got were a 18K & a 9K. Both were installed on outside walls so the whole project took about 5 hrs. The pre charged units and line sets go together very easy and don’t leak, that’s another plus to this system. As a bonus these also heat, and for the past couple months my garage and or shop have been toasty warm while it was only 30 degrees outside. These are so great my brother has also bought the same setup and is enjoying the cossy comforts too. His required there additional line set and it to was easy to install. I would highly recommend Mr Cool for all your cooling and heating needs.

They reached out to me for clarification, I may have erroneously missed something when ordering. The company was having problems with their ordering system. I was kept abreast on what was occurring several times. I need to purchase another of the same order and when the time comes, I will definitely be using this company again!!!
