Mar 24,2022I recently purchased a tiny home with a MRCOOL Mini split unit and ordered a new thermostat from this company. The next day I actually received a text from a REAL person discussing the compatibility with my system and realized it was not and this same person refunded the purchase. Yes you read correctly before shipping and me discovering the over site they did and reached out directly. Customer service on an entirety higher level.

Mar 02,2022These are awesome units very easy install. I had some issues with the heat but it was just from a step I over looked and customer service techs got me up and running. In total took me a day and a half to install between my brother and I. We got the 3 zone 1-18k ah in living room and 2-9k ah in 2 separate rooms an they have no problem keeping the rooms 68-74 degrees with an outside temperature of 20-40 degrees

Alex worked to get order out even with part coming from Kentucky after the massive tornado not to mention it being a week before Christmas. Line set was lost on the job and without Alex's help I would have been jammed. Don't know much about the company, but with people like Alex, they are doing something right.
