Callum Roberts is our account manager, and he cant do enough to help, really nice guy, replies or calls back super quickly. No issues and would highly recommend this company! All of the staff I have spoken with are really friendly and helpful. Office staff love the fruit so everyone is happy!

Jul 11,2024After taking over the account from my colleague, Callum has been extremely helpful at making various amendments and updates to our weekly milk and fruit orders. Quick to reply and available to take a call anytime. We have had lots of good feedback and positive comments on the quality of fruit being delivered to the office since we started with Fruidel, so much so I've had to order more of it as hiding it to last until the next delivery wasn't working! We were promptly offer credit back when something wasn't available and given different options.

Jun 18,2024We have only been with Fruidel for 3 weeks now but still I can tell you that they are amazing. The whole process from inquiring to having a phone conversation with Gabriel Bryan, in which he made sure that he meets all our needs when choosing a plan for us to the fruit being delivered, it all went amazingly. They are very quick when it comes to their customer support, and one particular thing that I have appreciated has been the follow up, nowadays businesses stop doing that, or they do it in a more automated way rather than a personal one. SO overall, we as a company are very happy that we have chosen Fruidel as our supplier. Special thanks to both Gabriel Bryan and Callum Roberts!
