Aug 05,2023Purchased thermal blinds and the delux external screen wrap to replace a T5 one that doesn’t quite fit the T6 properly. Having recently brought other blinds and been very disappointed (returned for a refund they were that poor quality and fit). I did some research and found Fuel Lagoon who happen to be local to me. Their blinds fitted perfectly and appear to be a superior quality material and finish. Having collected the items it was nice to see a family business actually manufacturing in the uk. Highly recommend products and service received.

Aug 03,2023I purchased a T25 cover via amazon from Fuel Lagoon. Did not arrive on date give so was too late to use. When I contacted them to return it I was told I had to pay postage and insisted via royal mail which cost £6.49 which I was promised they would refund. I paid £33 plus £6.49 and they wanted to refund £27. I received a really rude message telling me that if they pay postage they are out of pocket well maybe they should deliver on time. Was told oh well contact amazon as they are on a win win situation as they have fees. My advice is if you don't like amazon then don't sell on there not take it out on the customer. Amazon is paying full refund and postage after contacting them no problem. Will never buy from Fuel Lagoon again as 0% customer service.
