Dec 12,2023Uncontactable. Say they reply to all emails but that did not happen on 1st Dec when I emailed to say I had returned their product as it didn’t fit. I gave it a week to give them chance to catch up and reply to me but still nothing. So I emailed Sunday eve and got a response Monday morning intimating they had not received the blinds. I’m sure they can’t miss a returned product. I wrote on the label that it was from me. It was clearly their re sealed bag yet I am having trouble getting an adequate response. I posted the lot back on 28 Nov for one day delivery at cost of £17. I would just like a refund to my account please. To add the issue with the wrong van set being sent - their web site didn’t work properly - I pressed vans, Volkswagen, T6.1 and then thermal blinds. It then went toT6 but I understood that to mean the blinds were the same. I emailed on 8 Nov that I needed blinds for 6.1 and our conversation continued with me confirming that I had ordered the blinds and that it was for no mirror and barn doors. Despite this you sent blinds for T6 and with mirror cut out!

Nov 14,2023I originally gave my thermal blinds a three star review, as although they were good quality, they didn't fit perfectly. Fuel Lagoon contacted me straight away and offered to rectify the problem. I received excellent customer service and now have perfectly fitting blinds. I would definitely recommend the blinds and buy from this company again.

If you’re anything like me and research to the nth degree, searching for the best product at the best price and not always getting what you were expecting…well, I was so pleased with my purchases from Fuel Lagoon and grateful that I didn’t go with cheaper alternatives. I contacted Fuel Lagoon initially enquiring about measurements as my van is fairly old and wasn’t certain whether the thermal blinds would fit. Liz was so helpful in ensuring that these were the right blinds for my van before I made the purchase. I understand Fuel Lagoon is a family run business, and this is definitely reflected in the prompt responses to my emails, the willingness to help to ensure that the product is right rather than just a keenness to make a sale. Once it was ascertained that the thermal blinds would indeed fit my van, I did not hesitate to place my order for the 8 piece set as wanted them to arrive before my trip the following week. And also ordered a funky screen cover with eyes which is also of fantastic quality. My recent trip put the blinds to the test, and they were great and made a massive difference.
