Mar 02,2024Our T4 campervan has non-standard side and rear windows. Fuel Lagoon created bespoke thermal screens at no extra cost. We had to create templates but this was easy as the instructions were so clear. The turnaround once they got the templates was just 24 hours. Beth was so friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more - such good service. (And the thermal screens really are so much easier to use than fiddling around with temperamental blinds and curtains.) I guess I'm being so enthusiastic that this sounds like a fake review but it really is factual.

Feb 18,2024Ordered some rear door storage pockets for my Crafter. Order processed immediately and I got tracking info, but something went wrong and they didnt arrive after a week. Chased Fule Lagoon and Beth immediately sorted a replacement sent to arrive next day on a Saturday as I needed them for a trip the next day - VERY swift follow up and immediately resolved my issue. They were also very helpful and responsive to my question about fittings. Overall very impressed and a great product. 5*
