Heel fijn dat er toch mogelijkheden worden geboden voor deze groep kleinere ondernemers en het gevoel dat je hierin serieus wordt genomen.

Oct 29,2020Great service from Vivek at Funding Options. We originally dealt with our current bankers about a CBILS Facility and were given a very poor service all round. Then we spoke to Vivek and the difference was light and shade. Vivek has given our business an excellent service and always has kept me up to date with everything and most importantly with Viveks help we achieved the funding we needed. Dealing with Funding Options has been excellent and I can recommend them highly. Also now knowing what other services they can provide I am sure we will use funding options for our needs in the future as well.

Oct 29,2020Unacceptable service. I liaised with their advisors Vivek Seda on 29th Sep 2020 regarding a business loan. I then sent all supporting documentation on 30 Sep 2020 and follow up documents on 7 October. I then haven't heard from Vivek. I chased them many times (have email proofs), no one came back. When I called the Company, I was promised that Vivek will call me back but he never did. Today is 29 Oct 2020 and I filed a complaint with Funding Options and also filed a complaint to Financial Ombudsman. I still haven't heard the outcome of my business loan and will be taking this application elsewhere.

Nov 18,2020I am still in the process, but things go very quick and that's typical for the proactive approach of Funding Options. As I understand that Funding options is a broker...they are not the ones who decide, but they really try to help you ahead and intend to get results for you.....I am promised to get hopefully tomorrow morning good news...but in case it might be disappointing, what I don't expect, I would say Funding options is not guilty and if it works out well I will be even more delighted. It is truly a compliment worthy behavior, to experience how Sherell, nice intelligent involved person, representing Funding Options in a personal involved, but always professional way, helps you out. TOP and THX.
