Oct 24,2020This company is not objective does not offer choices and pushes you to the product that particular advisor can get the most commission for, you will not get an honest choice or any choice, which will be detrimental to your pocket and cause you damages. i did a subject access request and thankfully their response was comprehensive with all emails and call logs provided. What i found was lenders saying there were better options and the agent saying 'no, they are happy with this one' (when these things were not emailed to us or discussed on call logs) only one lender would be put forward, even though other lenders responded to applications, like you only had one choice. Lastly and most importantly nagged via call logs and email to draw down on an available fund within so many days 'so we don't lose it' when we didn't need to which corresponded to emails between the lender and the agent discussing how and when they could get me to draw down so he could get his commission 'because he wanted it in before the end of the month'!!! lovely unprofessional use of emojis and sad faces on these email conversations behind the scenes between the lender and agent manipulating you with false information. The subject access report was eye opening, they are no impartial, objective and you will get little choice or the right product. If i had more time on my hands i would start a claim against them for mis selling. They are not the place to find your loan options
