Absolute Rip Off Merchants. I ordered a Sofa, they contacted me to say out of stock and sent me a photo of an alternative. Asked for money back and they disappeared. Didnt respond to emails or phone calls. Had to raise a case with PayPal and I have now been refunded.
Stay away from this company. I purchased a dining table and chairs which never arrived. Tried to contact them multiple times on phone and email with no reply. Luckily I paid via Paypal, raised a case and managed to get the money refunded.
If zero stars was an option I would use that... Furco delivered the wrong sofas after 7 weeks (rather than the advertised 3 weeks). I've contacted trading standards but Furco have not engaged in mediation and I am still without the correct sofas (ones they delivered are still in packing). Emails and phone calls go unanswered so I will now be taking the company to small claims court. Please save yourself the stress I am going through and do not buy from this company.
I would never leave a negative review but people need to be warned, as others have mentioned, there is no response once you have purchased, no product and for many like myself we now have to rely on our payment providers to resolve this to receive some sort of refund. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, DO NOT GO OFF SELECTED REVIEWS ON WEBSITES.

IF THERE WAS NO STARS THATS WHAT ID PUT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. I ORDERED A TABLE BACK IN AUGUST SAID IN STOCK ON WEBSITE SO OKAY PAID THE FEES AND SAT BACK TO AWAIT A DELIVERY DATE……. A FEW DAYS LATER GOT A CALL TO SAY OUT OF STOCK , BUT DELIVERY WOULD BE END NOVEMBER…… NOVEMBER PASSED NO CALL NO TABLE .REMEMBER THEY HAVE MY MONEY ACCUMULATING INTEREST IN THERE BANK????? IVE TRIED CALLING ON ALL 3 NUMBERS,EMAILS,WHATSAPP MESSENGER,ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I GOT SO UPSET TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS IS A TOTAL DISGRACE.IM NOW LEFT WITHOUT A TABLE AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY IT STILL STATES IN STOCK ON WEBSITE. HOW YOU CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT IS BEYOND ME. LUCKILY I TOOK IT TO PAYPAL AND THEY DISPUTED IT FOR ME AND IVE JUST GOT A FULL REFUND BACK, THIS SHOCKING SO CALLED PLACE DID NOT EVEN REPLY TO PAY PAL .SO JUST BE WARNED DO NOT PART WITH YOU WELL EARNED MONEY TO FUND THERE BANK AS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR GOODS.
This company is dreadful at communicating with customers. Phone calls usually go to answerphone and messages are ignored. Emails are also usually ignored. Delays to promised delivery dates were not communicated to us, the dates just came and went. After waiting over three months for some chairs we had ordered and threatening them four times (two phone messages, two emails) with getting our bank to reverse the transaction, they finally popped up and promised us a refund. We'll see if it appears. EDIT: the refund did appear as promised, so we are not out of pocket but the whole thing was a huge waste of time.
Ordered chair on 12th October, got confirmation email and then nothing else. Ended up chasing and chasing them for a delivery date - was very difficult to get through to them on the phone and emails were ignored. I was promised a delivery date, then another and finally I was told nearly 2 months later that the item was "no longer being manufactured" - which I believe is untrue. I was offered a refund but did not receive it and have now had to do a chargeback via my credit card company. I believe this company is dishonest in its dealings and would advise you steer clear.
Avoid this dodgy furniture shop! It took them 6 weeks to deliver the wrong colour bed. They gave the wrong amount of bolts, no feet on the bed, the actual picture of the bed was nothing compared to what we got. Customer service is so bad they will never answer calls. I emailed them 2 weeks ago the day after bed arrived to tell them the bed is the wrong colour they still have not replied back to my email. I told the delivery guys the bed is the wrong colour, he answers with it matches your house. Do not buy from here. I asked for assembly service and they said this wasn’t available but on the website it says it needs to be assembled by professionals. Best stick to Dreams next time!! I wish I had read the reviews before buying.
I liked the look of the 3 seater Andalusia grey sofa and was drawn to it even more because it states that it’s 100% genuine leather and the reduced price that it was on offer for in their sale and also the further 10% discount for Black Friday. As I’m disabled I needed to have the premium delivery service and paid an extra £30 for this which I considered a reasonable delivery charge. Because I wanted the premium delivery I had to place the order over the phone and couldn’t do it online per the guidelines on their website. I ordered it on Monday just a few minutes before they closed but I wasn’t sure when they were going to end their Black Friday discount. Luckily my call was answered and the operator ended up still speaking to me after their closing time. The sofa was delivered on Friday and the men unpacked it and assembled it in front of me and they got me to sit on it and try the reclining function on it and made sure I was happy before they left. I used to buy my furniture from another company but if Furco keep this great service and prices I would always shop with them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
I wish I had read these reviews first. Unfortunately its the same old story. They take your money, they don't answer their whatsapp, they do not respond to emails and do not answer their phone lines. Complete scam - avoid like the plague.
I bought a leather corner sofa with cupholders. The purchase went smoothly. Within a month, the sofa started falling apart; I called the aftercare team no one picked up; after being persistent, I finally got through; I was instructed to use the email address and send photos after doing the same. I received an email stating,” Thank you for your email I’m sorry that this has happened to you. I will contact the manufacturers and include these images. We will get back to you as soon as possible when we’ve received more information. Regards Aftercare”. Call again only to be told that manufacturers will get back to me. Trying calling again no respond. Please customer be aware buying is easy but if damages occur, you will waiting for them to rectify the problem or probably not. Still waiting will update further/ actions I will take.
Requested a refund back in October which they kept trying to avoid doing! No they saying they refunded it on nov 4th still no money tho..
I ordered my suite 10/10/21. They’ve taken my money but still no suite. You can’t get through at all. I’ve tried everyday since then, but I can’t get to speak to no one.
Website could be better, havent recieved anything yet as I've only just placed my order but I am looking forward to it & will place 2nd review upon order receival.
Poor response time, ordered some drawers only to find chipped corners! Very sad. Won’t buy from here again.
