Jan 17,2025Someone answered the phone immediately both times I called, then they called me when the order was out for delivery. The two men who delivered took the heavy item upstairs even though they said they weren't meant to. Everything was very well packed and the price was the best I saw.

And even out in the room I wanted it placed it. The product is stunning and I’m over the moon…. Kids are not allowed near it ;) Great communication, product and price! Thank you

Delivery was good, was able to track where the driver was and plan their arrival without having to stay in for hours.

Oct 24,2024Very poor service. I had to contact the company on multiple occasions to chase delivery. All 3 items of furniture were damaged. Supposed to be redelivered but only one item was redelivered. A real saga. Eventually accepted a discount on the other 2 items just to get it over with. Unprofessional throughout. I would not use them again.
