I had several calls about potential positions for which I was more than qualified. However, it quickly became apparent that this company was more interested in finding out the contact persons at my clients' companies than in my skills. Trusting them, I naively provided this information. To my absolute disbelief, just one week later, they directly contacted my clients—clients for whom I am actively completing assignments—to push their own programmers. This was completely unwarranted and highly unethical, as my clients have no need for additional programmers. Such shameless behavior is beyond unprofessional. I strongly warn anyone against working with this company.
My experience: Multiple guys spam you with "Excellent positions for you." Nobody there knows what somebody else in the company does. Lies Lies Lies. 3 recruiters are calling me about different stuff; no one knows about the others progress. No Idea how this company earns any money. Just Talks Random Stuff all day. Where is even their gain in this Spam? 100% unreliable Information by them. Nothing ever comes out true. Wasted hours for this...
Unprofessional and time wasting for any professional freelancer.
I had a very disappointing experience with G2 Recruitment, particularly with a recruiter named Alex Wetton. He arranged a phone call with me, only to ask unrelated and intrusive questions about past interviews, the names of interviewers, and the questions they asked. Despite claiming my CV was a "perfect match" for a job position, he never followed up. What’s worse, after I shared my previous employer’s contact for a reference, he used it as an opportunity to pitch other candidates to them instead! This behavior was both unprofessional and unethical. If you’re considering engaging with G2 Recruitment, I highly recommend avoiding them. Don’t waste your time answering their calls or responding to LinkedIn messages.
Totally worthless company. I get spammed non-stop by countless employees there for positions that I do not even remotely fit. I cannot seem to get off their list. DO NOT communicate with these people. They are a waste of energy.
This company appears to be highly questionable. Their recruiters come across as unprofessional—some lack recruiting experience entirely and have fewer than 20 connections on LinkedIn. Their approach often feels disingenuous, either attempting to "sell" a candidate to your team or fishing for sensitive information like your current salary and manager's name under the guise of arranging an interview. The website raises further concerns, particularly the "accolades/awards" section, which seems dubious as I couldn't find any external references to support their claims. Overall, it does not inspire confidence.
Awful company only focused on their own profit margins. Constant phone calls trying to sabotage or belittle any interviews you may have outside the unsuitable interviews they arrange for you. Dishonest and "scammy" feeling to all communication with them. Avoid at all costs.
Suspicious company. Consultants ask repeatedly where I was interviewed. Have no suitable job/projects. They just gather informations. Shameless, unprofessional.
Repeated calls from different members of staff asking for the same information. Acquiring information about previous employers as "references", in an attempt to get them as clients. Bad service.
All they do is make false promises and attempt to get information out of you about your current company. Absolutely avoid their disgusting, scammy behaviour.
Making it through the interview process with G2 for a graduate recruiter opportunity has been a great learning experience. I was met with well formed interviews, while getting a feel for the job and meeting lots of great people along the way.
Very disorganised and unprofessional staff
They are making spam cold calls, tell that they found me on LinkedIn. This is a lie because I only have a trash LinkedIn Account with a fake name and of course LinkedIn has not my phone number.
Very poor experience. I have lots of experience in the legal field and was contacted by several consultants and supposedly I was put forward for a role. They were "well impressed with my local authority experience". Once i was "put forward" no contact from the two guys (i won't name either of them). I have blocked them on linkedin and refuse to deal with g2 for a truly shocking service. They continued to bombard me with calls from other consultants, i've also blocked g2's number. I now exclusively only deal with two recruitment agencies and would never work or want to work with g2 again.
Avoid this company at all costs! They misled my company by sending us on an assignment without a valid contract with the client. Upon arrival, we discovered the position didn't even exist! As a result, we incurred significant financial losses from travel and expenses. The incompetence of the entire team is astounding—they can't even handle basic tasks. Steer clear of G2 to spare yourself from similar frustrations and losses.

Feb 05,2025Receive on average 10 emails per week with jobs that 50% are not a match. On the jobs I have replied there is no response or they are only interested in former employers contact details. Never answer the phone with their name.
