Nov 25,2024competent delivery to difficult location, able to retroactively add "what 3 words" app info to delivery, with quick phone call. Fireworks as per videos, allowing to chose exactly what was wanted with relatively short notice and delivery times available on web site. email responses were quick and helpful for follow up order queries. Tracking and delivery updates allowed good co-ordination to recipients adress. Would recommend and use again.

Nov 13,2024Awesome quality product and the Vegas crate was incredible value for the display it gave. It’s a measure of a business on how they respond when things don’t go completely right and one of the rockets arrived slightly damaged. I mailed on a Saturday morning to question if it was still ok to use and got a response within minutes. Not only was it fine to use, which was the outcome I was asking about, but as a goodwill gesture was given a credit. Didn’t need to do that but Ash insisted. Brilliant customer service doesn’t go unnoticed and this has secured my custom whenever I need to buy more. Thank you.

Watch the videos, available for most cakes and compounds, and listen to the tutorials. I finished my display this year with a pair of ‘Infamous’ …. and Oh My God! Incredible, really amazing!!!
