Mar 27,2019A mi también me estafaron. Reservé para 3 noches en Marrakech para fin de año y me las cancelaron una semana antes. Tuve que volver a pagar la reserva y desde entonces llevo 3 meses intentando contactar con ellos de todas formas posibles y no hay nada que hacer. Alguno ha conseguido algo? Yo he averiguado que la reserva la canceló una agencia vinculada a Gala Hotels (Leonardo Travel).

Mar 26,2019Nach Buchung und Bezahlung von 5 Nächten im November 2018 im Best Western Hotel Berlin wurde der Status auf confirmed gestellt. Am Anreisetag im März 2019 wurde mir im Hotel gesagt die Buchung wurde am 19.12.2018 storniert. Kein Geld zurück. Kontaktaufnahme per Beschwerde Email in der Website mit Galahotel scheiterte daran, dass die Nachricht nicht weitergeleitet wird. Auf Antwort einer Email außerhalb der website an Galahotel warte ich immer noch.

Mar 26,2019Ich habe dort das Zimmer wegen der kostenlosen Stornierung, die ich auch 4 Wochen vor Ankunft storniert habe, allein, galahotel hat trotzdem abgebucht und überweist nach Aufforderung nicht zurück. Betrüger, ja :(

Mar 25,2019Please avoid this company! In dec. 2018 we booked a hotel in Granada, Spain (two double rooms) through Gala hotels. We got the confirmation of the booking immediately. A few weeks later, my bank account was charged for the stay. When we arrived at the hotel the 20 of March 2019 (date for our stay), we experienced that the booking had been cancelled back in december 2018.This was just after my bank account had been charged for the stay. We had not received any information about their cancellation. Luckily we got the two rooms, but we had to pay them once again at the hotel. The same day, I sent an e-mail to Gala hotels and claimed about their cancellation and behavior. I also claimed my money back. Untill today, I have not heard a word from Gala hotels. Mar 22,2019We booked a hotel in Miami on 14th Dec 2018 for Feb 2019. Gala took the payment on 17th December. When we arrived in Miami hotel we discovered Gala had cancelled the booking on 19th December. We tried contacting them but no reply by email or any of their phone numbers.They are a bunch of conmen. book at your pearl. We're hoping for a charge back on our card. Fingers crosses

Mar 19,2019Wir haben bei galahotels.com 5 Übernachtungen für 2 Personen im Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas gebucht für den Zeitraum vom 23.12-28.12.2018. Per Mail wurde ein Voucher und eine Bestätigung geschickt. Das Geld in Höhe von 344 EUR wurde am 22.10.2018 vom Konto/der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Am 23.12.2019 kamen wir im Hotel an. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Buchung seitens des Betreibers GalaHotels am 17.12.2018 gecancellt wurde. Wir haben nichts storniert und auch keine Info hierzu erhalten. Somit standen wir einen Tag vor Weihnachten ohne Übernachtung und Hotel da. Das Management des Hotels Mandalay Bay versuchte Gala Hotels telefonisch zu erreichen, um den Sachverhalt zu klären und teilte uns mit, dass wir möglicherweise betrogen worden sind und hat uns geraten sofort die Kreditkartenfirma zu informieren/zu kontaktieren. Wir mussten nochmal den doppelten Preis an das Mandalay Hotel bezahlen, um für die genannte Zeit überhaupt ein Dach über den Kopf zu haben. Wir haben sofort eine Anzeige wegen Betrug gegen Gala Hotels erstattet. Gala Hotels reagiert überhaupt nicht und erstattet auch nicht das Geld zurück. Die Masche von Gala Hotels besteht darin, die Kunden mit günstigen Hotelpreisen anzulocken, das Geld zu kassieren und kurz davor die Buchung zu stornieren. Es ist einfach unfassbar, wie oft sie mittlerweile mit ihrem Betrug durchgekommen sind!

Mar 19,2019Não reservem neste site. Em janeiro, fiz uma reserva para um hotel em Madrid, sacaram-me logo o dinheiro e quando cheguei lá, nem reserva, nem dinheiro. Tive que pagar novamente. Não atendem o telefone, não respondem aos mails...etc. Fujam deste "booking", além disso está sediado na turquia, que não pertece à UE

Mar 19,2019VERY BAD EXPERIENCE DO NOT RESERVE WITH GALAHOTELS have cancelled the reserve at Regent Hotel in Roma but the money of the stay was taken away from my bank account. Thei did not answer all the times I tried to connect with them, to ask the money back.When I arrived the Hotel they were not expecting me because it had been cancelled and I had to pay for the Hotel twice! DO NOT RESERVE WITH GALAHOTELS PRATAS

Mar 19,2019VORSICHT, hier handelt es sich um Betrüger. Galahotels hat die Reservierung an unser Hotel nicht weitergereicht. Standen in Wien ohne Hotel. Bezahlt war auch schon, das Geld seherisch wohl nicht wieder. Galahotels zu erreichen ist nicht möglich, Telefonnummern funktionieren nicht, E-Mail antwortet keiner. Laut Auskunft im Hotel sind wir nicht der einzige Kunden denen es so ergeht. Das ist eine Masche. Finger weg!

Varasin marraskuussa galahotels.com sivuston kautta hotellin Berliinistä. Sivuston mukaan peruutusoikeus vielä voimassa. Nyt olen yrittänyt perua em varausta. Ottivat maksun marraskuussa ja oletin kaiken olevan ok, Nyt kun olen yrittänyt perua ja saada maksamiani rahoja takaisin, kävi ilmi, ettei cancel toiminto toimi,puhelinpalvelun MITKÄÄN PUHELINNUMEROT EIVÄT OLE TOIMINNASSA, netin kautta customer service samoin ei vie viestejä eteenpäin. Lopulta soitin varaamaani hotelliin, ja kävi ilmi ETTEI MITÄÄN VARAUSTA OLE OLEMASSAKAAN. Kirjoitin suomeksi, jotta muutkin uskoisivat sivuston valheellisuuden tämä viesti/ tarina on valitettavasti täysin totta!!

Mar 18,2019Seit 3 Wochen versuche ich eine Buchung zu stornieren. Die Firma ist weder per email, telefonisch oder per Fax erreichbar, auch über die firmeneigene Homepage ist es möglich. Hier erhalte ich ausschließlich die elektronische (Standard)Rückmeldung, dass irgendwo ein Fehler vorliegt und der Fall damit nicht bearbeitet wird. Eine Beschwerde meinerseits bleibt bis heute ebenso unbeantwortet. Ich hatte sogar extra "GalaFlex" zugebucht für die teilweise Erstattung bei Storno, nun muss ich wohl damit rechen, dass es sich hier um ausgeklügelte Betrügerei handelt und mein Geld komplett weg ist. Kann nur jedem raten die Finger von "Galahotels" zu lassen!!

Mar 18,2019Anche noi siamo stati truffati, a settembre ho prenotato 4 notti a Disneyland per il 16 aprile 2019 con una spesa di 822 euro e ho scoperto contattando L’albergo che La prenotazione era stata da loro cancellata. Mai ricevuto una risposta al riguardo, Telefono inesistente e hanno cancellato tutte le mail inviate loro.

Mar 17,2019J'étais client régulier de ce site depuis environ 5 ans et je n'avais jamais eu de problèmes avec eux. Et en ce jour du 12 mars 2019, je me présente avec mon voucher dans un hôtel d'Agadir et on me dit que ma réservation a été annulée depuis décembre.Leurs prestataires au Maroc (sunbed, best travel et hotels bed) qui ont enregistrés l'annulation ne veulent rien savoir. Pourtant ils sont aussi responsables car le site gala hotels a dû fermer et a escroqué toutes leurs réservations en cours. Je vais donc entamer une procédure à mon retour même si c'est peine perdue car le site est basé en Turquie mais je trouve inadmissible que les prestataires ne veulent rien faire et n'assument rien....

Mar 16,2019Ich hatte große Bedenken, als ich die Bewertungen im Internet gelesen habe, nachdem ich schon gebucht hatte. Wir waren 7 Nächte im Stratosphere Tower Hotel in Las Vegas. Der Preis war unschlagbar günstig und es hat alles gut geklappt.

J'ai réservé trois nuits pour mes deux fils à Londres que j'ai payé, lorsque ces derniers sont arrivées à l'hôtel, la réservation a été effectuée puis annulée par Gala. Ils ont passé la nuit au comptoir de l'hôtel avant de trouver un autre hôtel sur place qu'ils ont dû payer à nouveau.

Mar 14,2019I am speechless to know none of the phone numbers they listed on their website works, nor their contact us form, or emails. I need invoice for a booking i made with them and there's no way i can get through to anyone...! How is it possible they put all the incorrect information on their website and get away with not dealing with anything? Is this a paper company?

Mar 28,2019AVOID Gala Hotel. Do NOT trust Gala Hotel. Your only chance, if you booked by credit card, if to claim your money back through said credit card. But it is a long process, requiring some paperwork and a dose of patience. Even if you are refunded by your credit card, there is no compensation for the trouble incurred. By the way, Gala Hotel itself promised (by automatic answers, always sending the same standard text) repeatedly to answer my claim, but never did. RUN AWAY from Gala Hotel.
