The quality of the shoes is great. I would have expected to pay twice the price for this quality and am very pleased. The fit is just right and in line with the shoe size. This really was a bargain!

Jul 09,2022I placed an order on June 22nd and paid an additional 1-3 day(rest of the world) shipping charge so that I would get it quicker. It is now July 8th and I still have not received my item. I have emailed them twice and have gotten no response. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Seemed like a great little store.

Jan 13,2022I had cause to return a pair of Puma football boots which were faulty, the sole had come away from the upper. I spoke to Darren and sent a picture of the faulty boot. He immediately offered a new replacement pair or a full refund. The money was in my account after Two days. The problem with the boot had nothing to do with galaxy sports and I would still use them again due to their excellent customer service.
