Jan 05,2019I doubted whether to buy several Babalot tennis shoes on galaxy sports website especially after having read not very positive reviews... I have 2 🎾 players in my family 6 and 8 years old who are doing very well and playing lots of County, regional and national level tournaments. So I usually buy from LTA or similar 🎾 websites. Tennis trainers are expensive and we need 6-8 pairs every season. We got 2 pairs of Babolat Wimbledon trainers from Amazon sold by Galaxy and 3 pairs directly from Galaxy sports this week. Super quick delivery and very good service! 👍👍👍 The kids are equipped and ready for new 🎾 challenges! Thank you! 🤗

Jul 17,2019Communications are poor, I used the contact form on their website and 12 days later have yet to receive a reply apart from the automatic, we have received your form, we will be in touch shortly. I have sent an email and had no reply to that either. I'm currently waiting for a full refund as my full order was returned and only a partial refund given which does not comply with the current legislation (initial postage costs should be refunded if a full order is returned). I had 2 emails requesting reviews, I have given it time for them to rectify my issues before reviewing as how companies deal with returns, refunds and communication forms my opinion of the company. It seems that even with time they do not care about customer service or making things right.
