Aug 05,2018One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Ordered boots well before 2pm midweek as stated on their website and paid for DPD next day delivery. I hadn’t received an e-mail the next day confirming despatch of order so I emailed to query and no one bothered to reply. My partner then phoned customer services and was told in the first call someone would phone back as this was nothing to do with him. When they did phone back we was informed this was despatched the day before through Royal Mail next day delivery and provided a tracking number and told us they would arrive later that day. When we traced the item through Royal Mail we found at the same time of the phone call being made the order was being prepared to be despatched to them. We phoned back to query this as it was quite clear the item wasn’t going to arrive that day and we was then told that we was never told the item was going to arrive that day, so why did we pay 7 quid for next day delivery what a joke. The guy on the phone promised a refund and hung up. Low and behold no refund has been given and item arrived later than promised. Still no response to my original email but can send 2 emails asking me to review them. Do not waste your time using this company go to a high street retailer Edit: in response to their reply. This is a complete lie they have changed their website shipping times in light of my review and I have screenshot to prove it stated 2pm not 10am. Noticed as well they only display the positive reviews from trust pilot on their website, bit of false misrepresentation there. No response to the lack of refund promised either. Jul 27,2018Received wrong size, shoes came in ugly replacement box, no tracking and 1 pair cane damaged...NOT RECOMMEND Edit. Sent at least 5 email and no reply. Don't trust in "dedicated customer care" on their site. I had to open paypal dispute to get reply

Jul 19,2018Very bad service received from the company when my shoes went missing and they did not want to help at all in any way and told me I need to sort it out myself. The delivery company said they have to phone them as Galaxysports are their client and they did NOT want to do that at all. I will not be buying again as I don't feel comfortable with them

Jul 19,2018I ordered shoes they didnt arrive, I contacted support and they did not respond for 3 months.. EDIT: hello, I have started writing you emails after 30 days of not receiving my order. I have been writing a lot of emails for more than 4 months and I have not received any reply from you. Only after that I have rated my experience negatively on ..... you have replied me with a message that DHL delivered my parcel on April 13th at 16:31. That is not possible becouse the delivery adress is a company with working hours and there is no one there at that time to recive the package. If the parcel is sent by DHL I should have recived a tracking number. And I want to see it. and if the parcel is delivered there should be a written signature of the person who has recived it. If you can, please provide the tracking number and the name of the person that has recived the parcel. But I surely doubt that you can provide that information becouse i did not recive the package.I want my order to be sent again or a refund At the moment I am really disappointed becaouse no one has answered my emails from your company for over 4 months and no one would have answered me at all if i did not rate you negatively.
