Had my money for 17 weeks and still have no goods Customer service unhelpful and clueless They take your money at point of order and then keep fobbing you off with messages of delay after delay. Better practice would be to take a customer deposit rather than full payment. Fobbed off today, told unable to transfer a call to someone who can help me. So frustrated with their service that I am reporting this to Watchdog and BBC Norfolk News. For us this feels like theft if no one will speak to me and give me my refund of goods that have never arrived.

We bought garden furniture from Gardenman and the service was first class. The delivery drivers were very friendly and helpful. We also gad to buy a base for the cantilever umbrella. I was having difficuty contacting their sales dept and ended up speaking to a very helpful person in their accounts dept who sent a message to the sales team. Within half an hour we received a phone call and were able to discuss and buy the base. It was delivered the next dat free of charge. Excellent service.

I ordered two garden tables in April with delivery due in July, but a week before they pushed the date out for one table to mid August. I called and asked they cancel that table as I was not willing to wait with risk of further delay. They agreed and promptly refunded me for that table. The second table was delivered a week after it’s forecast date, which was fine. On opening the box I found several dents and chips, so did not remove the table from its packaging. Emailed photos to customer service on 15th July, no reply. Emailed again a couple of days later, no reply. Phoned them and left a voicemail, no reply. Phoned again on 26th July and got through to someone at “customer services” who acknowledged my two emails had been received and promised someone would get back to me later the same day, no response. Phoned again on Friday 30th July and spoke to someone who told me my call on Monday had been to a call answering service, not Gardenman customer service. Having had such poor response from Gardenman and only damaged goods I asked for them to collect item and issue a refund. They offered collection for Monday 2nd august but could not offer a time slot. Waited in all day and no collection. I won’t waste any more of my time dealing with them I will just seek refund via section 75 chargeback on my credit card. This company had good reviews when I ordered in April, but looking at more recent reviews I am not alone in the problems encountered. I hope they can get their business back on track

Hopeless & Clueless On two separate occasions they took my money but failed to deliver a thing. In the second instance I even had a call to say delivery would be arranged the last week in July. When I called to query it on the Monday after my Friday call; the delivery had slipped 3months! Which of course isn’t their fault…I should be aware of the global situation…thanks Gardenman…their words… Not a professional company & not worth the hassle; it will take them over a week to process and return funds. Be warned.

Do not order from this shop!!! I have been waiting for over a month for an incorrect parasol to be collected and for my furniture to be refunded. Every time I call they say I need to firstly have the parasol collected and then they never turn up. Desperate to get my money back and no help whatsoever! Customer service don’t answer my emails or return my calls

Clearly the good reviews had nothing wrong with the order. Table legs, different sizes, 2 out of 6 chairs damaged. Customer Service absolutely awful, customers are clearly not their priority. Order to delivery, excellent BUT if something is wrong, the most unprofessional and disgraceful service I have ever had. Still waiting for collection and refund. So frustrating. Appalling service.

Fabulous quality sunbeds! I cannot fault them...perfect looks and soo comfortable! arrived exactly on time, perfectly packaged, delivered by very helpful and polite delivery drivers. Isaw these sunbeds on another site originally, but found them cheaper on this site. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Five stars*****

Aftercare is appalling. No one answers the phone ! Reported a broken item and still have had no fix or even a message to say what’s going on. Crap customer service!

Not very impressed to be honest. The delivery is firstly all messed up that was after moving to another option because the one I was supposed to get just kept being moved back and back. I’ve now got over £2000 of furniture sitting in my garage (for over a week) in various states of build because one side of the sofa is faulty. I finally get hold of customer services at the 4th attempt (idea is to go through sales as they answer that number) but still waiting to hear what is going to happen about it. Meanwhile there is another sofa that I could get it’s just left hand instead of right but until I hear back supposedly from the manufacturer they won’t even consider that. Not impressed really.

Ordered the Nova Outdoor Corner Sofa Cover. Very pleased with the quality of the product. Had to cancel an egg chair cover from the same brand as delivery was delayed beyond acceptable time.

I ordered two items the same, only one was in stock the second had to be made to order. I was informed that there would be a delay on delivery of approximately one week and then kept informed of the deliverydate. The service was excellent and the product is good quality. I am very pleased and would go back in future. I Bishop.

I received my order on the correct delivery day and couldn't fault the delivery drivers however my order came in 3 boxes but unfortunately they had sent 2 of the same box. I rung customer services straight away and was told someone would ring me back but they didn't, I rung the next day was told the same no one rung me, on day 3 I emailed asking for a refund as I was having to store big boxes in my house I was told they were searching the warehouse for my box, I asked if they could send me a box from another set as they were still in stock online but was told no they wouldn't do that they were still looking for my box, day 6 I had email saying they couldn't find the box so arranged for collection of what I did have so I'm now waiting for a refund My complaint is not once did anybody ring me, the only communication I had was if I rung them I'm really disappointed in there customer service which is such a shame as the furniture looked really nice.

I was struggling to find anyone that had the gareden furniture set I wanted in stock, however Gardenman did and the price was less than the manufacturer’s website. Items delivered free of charge within 2 days with delivery tracking provided. Would look to use them again in future and would highly recommend.

Ordered a small Georgia corner dining set and it arrived within the week. Good quality and looks great. Instructions left a bit to be desired but got there in the end. Would recommend both the product and the supplier.
