Ordered a garden firepit table on a Tuesday afternoon and it arrived by 9.15 am the following morning. Delivery drivers were great - can't fault the service. Will definitely use Gardenman again.
Beware-Ordered item in stock this means it’s somewhere between China and their warehouse. They misled me a total of seven times. Awaiting a refund and yes misled me again. Still waiting. Their accounts department don’t have access to account terminals and their store don’t even respond to them. Will be posting a negative review for every day they keep me waiting. Very p*****d off.
Excellent correspondence re order and delivery
Ordered outdoor furniture cover on 1st May delivery stated as 4th May. After ordering, delivery date unavailable. Nothing from the company for over a week, took several attempts to get through on the phone as no response to email. Finally told item was being delivered to them the following week. Once item was in stock, couldn't fault service but felt they should have been in touch sooner. Hence only 4 stars

I ordered the 3 x 2m parasol and base because according to the web site they were both in stock. The base arrived within a few days, the parasol several weeks later. Because it was NOT in stock. The delivery was scheduled for between 8 - 6 on a set day. No advance warning of when the delivery was made, no attempt to contact me. It was eventually delivered at 14:30 hrs. No tracking was possible on this package. Product is good and sturdy, and easy to erect.

Only disappointment was that on original order form it did not say that the item was not in stock.
Polite, listen well an overall excellent experience
Item described as being in stock on a certain date on website - apparently that was only indicative even though it didn’t say it - simply adding “expected” would have been clearer. Promised that we would receive a text to give delivery time slot which never came. Phoned customer service for an update. No answer but got another department who asked customer service to call me back with the time slot - never heard from them. So- called “white glove service” was 2 guys in a van who were rough as toast and couldn’t have cared less about what they were delivering or how. Item arrived damaged in 3 places so emailed customer service. 24 hours later still heard nothing! Phoned to speak to them to be told that it takes at least 24 hours for them to look at it. When you spend £2500 with a company I do think they could do better. Disappointed!
Gardenman were kind enough to cancel an order after we changed our mind, for this I cannot fault their service..... or at least I thought I couldn’t. What has really let them down is after 16 days I’m still waiting for a refund for the item. My order was cancelled while the item was on the delivery van, so I never saw it, and the item was diverted back to their warehouse. Possibly via horse and cart considering it’s currently day 16. I’ve never had an experience quite like this with any company, be it a small independent business or a corporate monster. Gardenman if you’re reading this, you’ve let me down. There has been poor communication and when I have reached out your CRM software has let me down because none of the high priority notes added to my case have been actioned. Please give me my money back.
Apart from the delivery being later than originally expected they did keep in contact with me throughout. I’m really pleased with the item I purchased it’s quality is excellent and it looks great. Would buy from them again.
I received my garden furniture covers before the expected date and they are excellent quality and certainly fit for purpose.
Absolutely love how stunning our garden area now looks, thanks to the kind team at Gardenman we got the most gorgeous oval 8 seater dining set, fire pit, loungers, and the bar table and chair sets. We barbecued the other day and invited close family over and the furniture really impressed and was so comfortable. It’s not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for as the quality on our MAZE rattan and Signature Weave is the best we’ve ever seen. The delivery team took it round the back by our pool and put the boxes in our summerhouse they were extremely helpful and called us an hour prior to delivery. So we wanted to reward you on trustpilot with an five star review for your amazing service.

Fast efficient delivery and a well priced product
Excellent Customer Service Unfortunately I had to cancel my order for a garden sofa set as I no longer required it. I spoke to a gentleman on two occasions with regard to my order and received a full refund on the same day as I finally requested one. I don't normally write reviews although I admit to being guided by them. Garden furniture is expensive and with the delays everyone is facing at the moment a big decision for some of us. In my experience I would not hesitate to use this company again. I can also vouch for the quality of the product as I ordered the same set after being very impressed with one my friend had bought from Gardenman last year.
