Sep 14,2019our sales person Jordan, was very helpful and knowledgeable. i did experience issues with our used furniture not being picked up as planned by the salvation army, so at this time, i have two sets of furniture in my house, probably for the entire weekend. disappointed in the lack of follow through with the arranged pickup of my used sectional.

Sep 19,2019I still have not heard from management or cooperate after calling to talk about the issue of the table order taking months longer then was told. Really not sure how you sell products that you don’t have. My dining room set was ordered back in July and was told middle of August. Now we are looking at middle of October. But who knows when what’s true with this company. And it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone to dig into this!!!
