The customer support I received was good. The staff was knowledgeable, however I feel like they were a bit intense. Wanting to think about the expensive mattress, I didn’t commit on my initial visit, I called back the next day to purchase from my sales associate. After being put on hold for several minutes and then being told he will return my call, I was never contacted. I then decided to make my purchase through the Internet. I received my mattress this morning, and I can’t wait to sleep on it tonight!
The store experience was not good. The salesman had too many customers at one time and was not good with managing his time. Felt like forever getting the sale completed. We knew what we wanted and thought it would be a quick visit that ended up being over 90 minutes. But the delivery was amazing. Received texts and emails about the tracking and time of delivery. The delivery staff was amazing. Really like the products we received. Need better salesman training.
Sofa color not what appeared to be, thought I ordered it in Cocoa and got Aruba Chocolate, much much darker. Furniture was finally delivered at 11pm! Estimate said by 8:20, but continually was pushed back. I tried to cancel and reschedule, as it was too late, but no one answered calls or emails. Even the call from the delivery staff was a computer. The experience was very impersonal and I am not satisfied with this experience at all. First time shopping with them and I expected better.

Service was great. Lucas was good at not forcing things on me, answering my questions and being a passive salesman when he needed to be and aggressive when he needed to be. (That's a rare skill that he's very good at.) The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the pillows I was supposed to get were not delivered. I wasn't told during the purchasing process that they weren't available. (I was actually told explicitly that they would be delivered with the bed.) So I have to go a week without my new pillows and that's a bummer.
My bed was delivered, two of chest drawer were damaged, cannot get straight answer from the store or sales personal.

I would like to commend Gardner White on the flexible delivery hours! I work long hours and being able to receive furniture in the late evenings has really been a blessing. Just because of this, I will continue to shop here and recommend you to friends in the future. The driver's were professional and extremely courteous.

The product is great, but a 1am delivery is ridiculous. When we asked for an afternoon delivery we thought by 8pm. We did not get our delivery until 1am.
The men were very professional and efficient. They were very quick.
