The shopping experience was excellent - the Sales Manager was attentive for our family's initial visit and subsequent visit to make a change. The first delivery and furniture movement did not go as expected, but it was worked out (after speaking with the Sales Manager) when they returned and moved the items from one room to make room for the new items - as we were told would happen. One more delivery to go (on a back-ordered item). Thanks

I experienced 2 different sales approaches during my search for an article of furniture. The first approach was very much "hands off". Taking me to the area of interest and giving me space to look at my leisure. This approach was interrupted with that sales person needing to attend to an incoming return. Resulting in another sales person attending to my potential sale. This person was very high energy, talkative and definitely "hands on". I left not knowing which one or if both got the commission after I inquired about it. But that's ok because I could tell that both of them; regardless of totally different sales approaches, focused on what I came in for and delivered.

Couch and chair delivered on time and in excellent condition. Everything about my Gardner White experience was excellent, from picking the perfect couch and recliner, and the professionalism and courtesy of the sales staff to delivery today! Outstanding job guys!

Our sales associate Amber was great. Also delivery was on time, very friendly, and quickly set up. Very helpful on how we wanted it placed. As far as your credit program, it is horrific.

We had trouble with a kitchen table. They replaced the top once and then the entire table the second time. We feel it wasn’t the salesman’s fault, just quality control. They resolved the problem immediately.

From the sale person to the finance company to the delivery men I am a very satisfied customer, My experience at Gardner White was amazing. Kind Knowledgeable Caring Professional people across the board is what I had the pleasure of dealing with I have already passed the word along to family and friends.KUDOS TO GARDNER WHITE.

We have been very pleased with the Tempur-pedic beds. However, it was a little disappointing that the mattress protectors were not included with the delivery. No mention until we asked about them and were told they must be on back-order. Delivery on Saturday. I left a text message on the cell phone given me by the sales manager. No reply. On Tuesday I called the store, manager not available, but a young lady named Charlotte followed up and a short time later called to say they would be delivered the next day. They were. The Sales Manager said he would make us the happiest customers ever. He didn't.

The couch looked a lot lighter online, it says it’s beige but it’s pretty brown. Also was a little uncomfortable about the delivery person, one way great but the other one was looking around my house, and that always makes a person feel uncomfortable.
