I had a great experience shopping at Gardner-White. Very knowledgeable sales team, checking out very fast and easy and the delivery team was friendly, answered all my questions and cleaned up. Wow! What a great place to shop. I will refer my family and friends.

Spent alot of money on furniture plus $99 for delivery. Waited for my delivery that showed up at 2 o'clock only to find two pieces missing and the main table damaged! Was told that it would be sent out around 4 o'clock. Later got an update that my delivery would be between 8:30-11:30 at night! All day and night.. unacceptable Update: I just got a message that my deliver will be 9pm to 12am!! If you were working to help, it made it worse..... Just got a call with the 10pm to 1am update Update: 12:41 AM delivery team left without putting my table together because of missing parts! Final update: after being told last night (early this morning 12:41) that they will be delivering today, I found out at 11:30 am that that was not true... I will be picking up the parts and assembling the furniture myself! Unbelievable... fyi, I just moved her from Hawaii with little to nothing and will be furnishing an entire house. This is the first item I have bought, and the last one I will buy from Gardner White!!! Sincerely, A very disappointed former customer

Service was good but I had several peices of furniture that had defects. The table door doesnt shut all the way, and is still here. Other items were taken back and have to be redelivered.

We know that alot of the rating is for delivery. It was very profesional. The sales staff was also 5 star. Ask for Roy. Thank you gentleman.

Excellent service at the store and during the delivery. Gave me very good deal on the furniture, explained the specifics of warranty. Deliver was on time and professional. Can’t ask for more

Great first time buying a new couch. Just wish there were more discounts or perks. Maybe a rewards club, buy x amount of furniture get x amount off next purchase.
