Sep 01,2019This was truly my worst experience with a delivery from anywhere. My delivery date was originally set for Friday August 30th. I tried online repeatedly to get the scheduled window, but nothing showed until about 1pm. The window was 2-5pm. After 5pm, I looked again and it was changed to 3-6pm. By 6pm, I had to leave for work so I asked my husband to wait for them. He called me after 8pm because they never called and they never showed up. I worked a 12hr shift Thursday night and I could not sleep because I was trying to find out when to expect the delivery. Finally, I called Customer Service at the main office and I was told that my date was changed to the following day 1-4pm. I went online and discovered the time was changed again to 3-6pm. So now, they've ruined the Saturday of my Holiday weekend. At last, the Mattress Set is delivered at 4pm and they sent the WRONG FOUNDATION. I'm very upset by now, and I feel that I should receive some kind of compensation because you guys did not fulfill our contracted agreement and I'm the one who has suffered the consequences. I would like to speak to someone in upper management personally, to try to resolve this matter amicably. Thank you, Ramona Avery.
