Because they are very professional ,efficient, polite and friendly. They responded to questions quickly and made the process moving forward as quick as possible . Have been recommend their services to one of my friends and she’s very happy with this company as well . Their fee is very reasonable. Their service is fabulous ! Thanks a lot to Juliet , Rachel ,Sarah and all the staff for the great service. May 26,2022Terrible company, very slow and rude staff. If it wasn't for me pushing my case forward with my knowledge of the buying process, I probably would have lost the property! AVOID TRUDY WAHL AT ALL COSTS! Will never use again.

Mar 04,2022I have been ever so pleased with the services provided by Garnett Wilson (so much so, that my Dad is also now using them for the sale of his property). Juliet was very friendly and easy to talk to - she was responsive and always helpful when I had questions. There were delays with the vendors Solicitors but Juliet and the team kept on top of it at all times to ensure that the process kept progressing. The wider team at Garnett Wilson were also very helpful and always responded to queries when any came up. Thank you to everyone at Garnet Wilson for getting me in to my new home on the pre-agreed completion date.

Dec 18,2020One of the most competitive priced Conveyancing companies, but even though local - save your money and go with a cheap online Conveyancer. Trudy was very slow and ignored emails from both myself and the other solicitors involved. Left everything to the last minute and nearly lost the property. Would not recommend
