May 24,2024brilliant company. best customer service i’ve experienced in years. took time to email me straight back when i ordered the wrong gas box lid, then asked me for pictures and helped me make sure i could reorder the correct one. also have a surprisingly good range of stock, got a £30 barbecue for a fiver as part of a special offer.

May 02,2024Ordered a gas box. Didn't arrive in stated time period. Contacted company who quickly acknowledged that my order had not been processed. Order was sent out special delivery which arrived two days later. Company refunded postage cost. Although a mistake was made initially with my order this was quickly rectified. Overall good service.
