We do this with our unique, proprietary Geobear solution. Our experts drill small holes in the ground, through which an expanding geopolymer resin is injected. Once underground, the resin follows the path of least resistance and expands to fill all voids and compact the soil, gradually lifting the ground above. This process is carefully monitored with lasers to ensure absolute precision. The whole process can be carried out in just a matter of hours.

Nov 24,2023When you are told your conservatory is subsiding and the insurance company blames the builder who says it out of warranty it’s not much fun. Knock it down drill piles? No geobear it. They looked at the structural engineer’s report, online discussion and then a quotation. Luke and the guys were great, no fuss, no bother and no cleaning or damage to repair.

Nov 22,2023I had a "Virtual Site Visit" with Neil Crozier and it, and he, was excellent. He took time to look at everything carefully, explain his thinking fully and is clearly very knowledgeable. It didn't matter that the conclusion was that I didn't need Geobear services just now I felt like Neil was happy to help. Sometimes I worry with this sort of service that the emphasis will be on "selling" a solution but it absolutely wasn't. Overall, I found Geobear and Neil knowledgeable, trustworthy and very pleasant - highly recommend if you have worries about subsidence!

When the engineers arrived and, during the three days they were with us working, they kept the mess to an absolute minimum and considering the mud that was saying something. The squad that came to do the job were very friendly and efficient and explained the process as they proceeded. The area of subsidence lifted a few mm as they said and the whole process only took a few hours. They left the area cleaner than they found it. All told a very satisfactory experience

Sep 22,2023Polite and professional work carried out on the day. Team worked considerately and quickly. Work was delayed by a week due to an equipment scheduling error and on the day by a technician having to travel unexpectedly. Overall work was carried out in a professional manner using drain monitoring cameras taking care not to disturb the recently repaired underground sewer pipe that caused the void in the first place. Property floor has reinforced concrete floor so more traditional in fill methods would have been very difficult. It’s an expensive process but quick and convenient

Dec 05,2023Spoke to Paul at Geobear who evaluated my subsidence issue via a virtual chat. Very helpful indeed and offered me good and honest advice about my options going forward. In the end he advised that I probably didn't require any work doing on Geobear's part and that I take steps to improve water drainage away from my house.
